  • I love how ambiguous the sketch people are. It leaves gender up for interpretation and doesn't offend anyone. I see male/female relationships when two people are shown in a romantic setting. Others may see it differently. The relatable material is a refreshing take on everyday type of occurrences or exaggerated situations. Everyone wins.

  • Irrational fear the glass door will shatter... my mom's coworker's daughter was in a university bookstore, walked into a window that she thought was an open door, and it shattered... it was not safety glass, it was pane glass. She barely survived, and had serious injuries, especially over her face. Her mother, who was quite shallow, said that it would have been better if she died, because no man would love her looking like that. My mom scolded her for saying that. The daughter had to undergo a lot of surgery, but apart from some minor scars, she looks perfectly normal. She's happily married, and has a family now.

  • Funny story, I walked into a Pizza Hut and opened the glass door while walking inside. I was closing it behind me. It was closing pretty slowly. As it was almost closed, I started walking towards the host stand. I thought "Hope that for finishes closing!" Then I hear BANG! KA-SHH! I stopped dead in my tracks. I look behind me and the door head fallen in and the glass shattered! My very first thought was "I'M A FREAKING SUPER HERO! I HAVE POWERS!" As I was thinking of my new life, the host said, "Are you okay?!" The manager came out and apologized, the kitchen came from the back, the other customers were all staying as well. I thought "Well great! Now they all know!" Then the manager said they just had it installed cause the one before it did the same thing. I was heartbroken. I moped the whole meal and the friends I was with tried to cheer me up. The manager comped my meal cause I guess he thought the door made me not enjoy my meal. It was sweet of him. Gave the server the money I would have paid and told her to sit it with who every had to clean up that glass. I'm still sad that I don't have super powers. But I still have pizza!

  • My bus broke down yesterday and called my boss to let her know, and of course it was raining. And I was like "Oh don't worry, I'll be there soon..." My boss with a broken arm got into her car and drove to come get me in the rain. Stopped by the coffee shop to grab me a hot coffee and told me to dry off and warm up before starting work. Sometimes I forget how lucky I am to have an actually considerate boss.
