I just realized that I feel so much better physically, mentally and emotionally when I eat breakfast/dinner that is high in protein/fat. I don't feel frail and dizzy any longer during the day. I feel alive and well. I also don't have those horrible digestive issues that I used to suffer from. I'm listening to my body and giving it exactly what it needs from now on.
I've realised after paying attention to my body that refined carbs arnt my friend. Also I'm better with a high fat brunch is better than the toast and marmalade I was having first thing. Now experimenting with time restricted eating.
I really need help w coffee! My only obstacle to intermittent fasting. I can’t do “bullet proof” or black coffee. Any other acceptable choices?
“One in five American meals are consumed in the car.” WOW. Could he possibly be including the many snacks we Americans have in that statistic? Like having a power bar on the drive home from the gym? I really can’t imagine that many people would sit in their cars to eat --but if our meals are consumed as quickly as he says they are, maybe they would??
