Hi, guys! Today's dishes are Spicy Braised Sea Snails(a.k.a Whelk) and Sea Snail soup! Also, I drank this Korean cocktail: Sotonic (soju + tonic water). I received a lot of sea snails this morning and made the dishes right away! I made red spicy seasoning for the braised sea snails and made the soup with radish, kelp, pepper, and minced garlic! The sea snails were surprisingly springy and chewy! It tasted amazing and felt like I was eating meat, not seafood! It had such sweet and rich flavors! I dipped the sea snails in the soup into the sweet and spicy seasoning, and it tasted amazing. I drank the soup while eating the rest, and it was so delicious! I never knew sea snails were such delicious ingredients! Usually, it's braised without any seasoning, but I highly recommend adding spicy seasoning when cooking this!
