5 Minute Finger and Hand Stiffness Exercise Routine for Both Hands: No Equipment Required

Follow along with Michelle, as we work through your finger and hand stiffness with this 5 Minute Finger and Hand Exercise Routine for Both Hands.
We'll do active finger exercises, a passive hand stretch, and a grip strengthening exercise. Each exercise will take 1 minute, no equipment is needed, and you can do the exercises on both hands at the same time.
That's a quick way to care for your stiff, overworked hands.
I am such a huge advocate of finding exercises and movement that increase your hand dexterity, strength, and hand function. I hope that you find these exercises helpful and they provide you some easy to follow exercises without having to use any equipment.

I'm having difficulty moving my fingers but by doing the above it actually opened things a little bit to make it easier.
