  • Rassohyna has some of the best take downs in MMA. I don't think Stamp intended to tap out in the first fight. Makes sense she thought the fight was over and was just saying, "It's over, let go." Bet she won't make that mistake again.

  • GREAT fights. Big respect for both of these women, it's such a pleasure to see women who are strong, obviously trained a lot, and who have no fear. The British announcer really should chill, the fight isn't about him, it's about the fighters, he's just a distraction.

  • Didn't expect such a hard beating from an atom-weight female fighter (28:35 - 28:55). It's amazing how 23-year-old Stamp improved just in 8 months from the first fight to the second - got muscles, ground wrestling, - compared to 31-old Alyona. Alyona Rassohiya is Ukrainian, not "Russian", by the way.

  • I love Stamp but the ridiculously one sided commendation and promotion of Stamp from One is a bit over the top. Trying so hard to make a star rather than neing neutral and fair to all their fighters.

    • AGREED. OneChampionship allows this with almost every "name" female fighter but here in this first fight the commentator Jon is at his absolute maximum bias. The bias was soooo bad I did not bother watching the second fight (as the title already tells me the result and I can't stand anymore of this commentating.) When you combine his absolute bias with his shrill voice, I really believe OneChampionship is harming its brand. I simply do not understand why OneChampionship sticks with this guy. He does not in any manner call a neutral [female] fight - EVER.

True, she probably one on points alone with the amount of strikes, but Alyona kept coming. Besides, who doesn’t want to see a third fight? I know I would. And I do believe that Stamp would win the third fight. What do you think?

  • Truly annoying to listen to these announcers be so blatantly pro-Stamp. I love Stamp and think she's a great fighter, but Rassohyna is amazing too, and did some wonderful things in this fight. She is every bit the fighter Stamp is and proved that twice. She deserves the same level of deference and respect that Stamp gets. You can tell that Stamp respects her by the way she acted at the end of the 2nd fight. So should the rest of ONE.

    • That's because Stamp is a Muay Thai fighter that crossed over to compete in MMA. Her opponent has a good ground game, but Stamp was still able to hold the own on the ground, which is what the commentators were so impressed about.

    • @canislupis081376 Damn near every compliment they gave Stamp was about how good she was fairing on the ground, considering she was only a blue belt in Bjj at the time. They even said that they didn't expect that type of fighting coming from a Muay Thai fighter. If anything, Stamp was the one being underestimated. Not to mention, they tossed plenty of compliments Alyonas way. But she was being dominated by Stamp in their first fight. Therefore, she recieved less praise.

  • Great fights between these two women warriors. Stamp really has a great Muay Thai striking game and ground game. Her big weakness is her inability to put together quick striking combos. If she learns to do this, fighters will fear her. The announcers are all pro-Fairtex and that isn't fair to the other fighters. They are pretty boring as well. ONE should consider replacing them, and I doubt Joe Rogan is available.

  • Damn Alyona has a nice body. I dont know how Stamp got out of that arm bar in the rematch, that was crazy. I think she won the match from the ground. She defended against Alyona and ended up on top a few times and even got in some big hits. Man it kills me Stamp never threw body kicks in either fight. Alyona has a twig for a core, Stamp could have literally snapped her in half with one kick. (I think she did land one body kick in that first fight didnt she??? It sent Alyona flying lol)

    • I'm not up to date on this sport but I would love to see Stamp have the belt and have to defend against Alyona for a 3rd fight. I'm pretty sure Stamp just had a title match last night of me writing this... don't know how that turned out yet....
