  • Little tip: A friend of mine is gluten sensitive so I made venison meatballs once with almond flour instead of bread crumbs. The meatballs are a tad more fragile, but the flavor is leaps and bounds better. The almond flour doesn't have really any flavor, so it doesn't give it that bready flavor and really lets the flavor of the mean shine through. I'll never use bread crumbs again.

  • bro always love all your videos and that's great that they're short and to the point..... but just seems like a little is left off the end every time... but that's okay in some ways it's more of an encouragement to attempt these suggestions and see for yourself how the end product comes out.... Godspeed

  • Just a suggestion. Grate carrots..celery and red onions and sweat in a pan before readding the meatballs. Then add the sauce and red wine and reduce to for 40 mins. Add some basil leaves and top with parmasain

    • is no one able to think himself anymore? I'm glad he is not. If I think I might need one of his pots I go to a Store and by one. 1. Because Amazon is exploiting its workers as fuck . 2. Because looking at it at tue Store saves retoures.

  • You can build some additional flavor into that sauce by deglazing the fond on the bottom of the ban with either some wine and/or stock, and letting it reduce to sec before adding the tomato sauce. Train by day, Joe Rogan podcast by night... All Day. Smell us now Ma!

  • The only thing I do a little differently is add some fresh basil and oregano and chopped parsley when you add the crushed tomatoes.

  • I love steve’s show and everything he does but if I didn’t know better he looks stoned. Dude is definitely tired af in a lot of his videos and should think about taking two weeks or a month off in a island somewhere with his fam with his wife telling him no hunting only fishing. He def deserves it and it looks like he needs it on a lot of videos i see
