@L M using a fork is just a really general and vague thing, but at the time the Narrator saw everything that this person did as sort of special, unique and lovely. However, now out of the relationship the narrator now realises that those things aren't that special such as using forks. It shows how love gives you this bias and it washes away as the love fades.
i literally thought forks were a metaphor for women 😶
@@LM-ig9mq I always felt like the our is with the fork is so artistic actually, because it seems simple and silly but it describes something deeper, and it's like when it's too painful to say it out loud so you cover it with a joke just because you want to pretend it's all ok and you don't feel heartbroken at all.
I think it's a laughably bad lyric. The only part of the album I dislike.
I love how she can be witty and sarcastic with a sense of humor but also so grounded and in-tune with herself. She’s definitely one of the sweetest people ever!

I feel like Olivia has anxious attachement while Sabrina has avoidant attachment style. Sab seems so sure of herself, and yet has difficulty loving people when they love her back. Olivia is often insecure (at least in her lyrics) and yet so so talented, but I can totally see why she's insecure of Sabrina (allegedly). Not to pit these women against each other but I'm amazed to see two beautiful, talented ladies having different yet super relatable personalities. Love them both.
