Properties like this are always hard, and they tend to be the people that are the most appreciative!! Sad I could not do more for her. Several people mentioned I should try and check in the spring. And I agree about the money! Lol. Crazy days

Now if they could clean up the garbage it could be a fairly nice looking place. As usual you did a good job.
That grass was waist high, made me wonder about what creepy, crawling things were hiding underneath it all. I think there are some serious issues with the home itself that call for some immediate repaired. Maybe one of your views could contact you for location then tackle those repairs as a gift. After some serious mowing, weedwacking and trimming the property is lot safer and a whole lot better to look at. You turned it back into a home. Well done

That poor trailer looked like it could fall down any minute with a good puff of wind. How does the water heater keep from freezing in the winter exposed like that? Plus a window was broke out? Do you not worry about chiggers and ticks in that tall grass? She desperately needed it mowed, thank you for helping her out.

Great job on the lawn and fence line. So sad for her. Her porch and house are falling apart. Her hot water heater is falling out of the house, and the foundation is ruined. There's a lot of poverty in this country.

You make that work look so easy, but I know it’s not. If I tried to do that job, that poor lady’s yard would look like an artillery field! In fact, my husband has banned me from ever using a weedeater again. This spring I accidentally cut down all the tulips he planted next to the sidewalk last fall. They were just sprouting. They looked like weeds to me! This lady’s yard looks SO much better!
