Grand Theft Auto 6 is now an officially announced game, rather than the idea of one that we’ve been waiting on for a decade, and though it’s probably going to be a while before we get another trailer (if Rockstar’s track record with previous major releases is anything to go by), the trailer that we do have right now is a deceptively meaty one.
Though just a minute and a half long, Grand Theft Auto 6’s reveal trailer is densely packed full of tiny, hidden details about its world, its characters, its gameplay activities, and more. Here, we are going to take a look at a few such hidden details in the reveal trailer of Rockstar’s upcoming open world epic.
I just hope that GTA 6 is actually as populated as in the trailer

Exactly. Rockstar said the end of the 2024 fiscal year, which is 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. So if it’s coming in 2025 then it’s gonna be within the first 3 months. Which is a 15 month wait from now at the very most, that’s fine.

Two things I really want are more enterable interiors, GTA V really lacked this. Seeing so many stores and buildings and not being able to enter it just kills it. This includes mission structure too. I really hope it has received a big overhaul, because their worlds are amazing and full of endless possibilities, but never during the missions.

tbf gta 5 is an old ass game, it most likely wasn’t possible to have many buildings be enterable atp
Tho that is one huge thing everyone has wanted forever the amount of coding and work it takes to make that all possible is huge. Not to mention how much bigger it makes the game as a whole. I’m Sure u will be able to enter a lot more places. Each gta game has always expanded on that
@@mr4kgamer*was huge. Mass generating interiors can easily be done now, issue is modeling assets for each interior, not really a code issue, but a design cost. However, knowing Rockstar, anything is possible
they said that 70 percent of the buildings in the game we will be able to access them. Which is crazy to think about. The number will probably go up when the game is completely finished

One thing I’ve spotted in some frames are buildings are somewhat similar to the Spider-Man Game on PS5. They seem to have an actual room and not just a 2D curtain. I hope we really do get to see more of this tbh I want to see interiors be a big focus since we have very little enterable properties unless it’s for a certain reason and even sometimes in gta 5, the interior is totally different from the outside building
A great deal of people are saying you’ll be able to go into every building & that they all have interiors, it probably still won’t be the case, there will be a lot more. But they use something called parallax textures, most notably used in the new spider-man games, and in some modifications for gta 5, it gives the impression that there is a full room, when you are actually looking at an image. These can be animated and can vary building to building, making every building interact and enterable is huge, and given the scale of gta 6, unlikely to happen.
You forgot to mention Ray traced lighting. You can see it on the first shot of the main character. Her orange top is glowing on her face as she turns. Also you can see it on the buildings in some of the shots too.
That doesn't necessarily have to be ray traced. Alot of games, like The Last of Us Part 1 and 2, achive this via rasterization so raytracing isn't necessarily required to achieve bounce lighting. However, i honestly prefer that bc ray tracing is so demanding. I'd rather it either go to something a little more noticeable like making more accurate reflections and refractions or be skipped completely. Rdr2 looked amazing without any form of raytracing, so im not completely sure it's smth we need. I just hope they implement DLSS correctly and not how they did in rdr2 lmao
@@SoGreatMike Raytracing would be better saved for PC later on where it can be fully utilized on high end rigs. Raytraced reflections of some kind would still be nice on PS5.

Wait for year and half. You would likely be abke to run it on a decent machine easily. Rdr2 minimum specs was 2gb gpu and i5 2nd generation so you can guess for GTA 6 you would need 4gb gpu and i5 6 generation. Easy 30 fps but it will sure have fsr too so 60 fps easily achievable

I think the reason why it’s coming out in 2025 is to finish the story and fix the graphics abit and fix any possible bugs, and to make it not only the best game but also the most eye pleasing fun and interesting game we will see for at least 2 years lol nahhh the game will be updated after release with new islands and new missions not just on multiplayer mode but also single player too so be patient it’s only a year 2023 is basically over so merry Christmas and a happy new year we might get access to pre release before 2025 but we will see, hope to see you then

Guys... These aren't gameplay shots. They're cutscenes. Things like the mirror reflections I wouldn't necessarily ensure are going to be in gameplay. Also, side note: You don't need to be "on parole" to wear an ankle monitor.

They'll be using some code from RDR2 no doubt, for the wildlife section at least. Means a lot of that work is already done when you think about it. Yeah, there is still a lot of work going into GTA6, but I don't believe that's been a reason for the planned 2025 release. They simply want to continue milking the GTA5 online for a while longer, in my opinion. So many millions a day that is making them. No rush for GTA5, is there. The priority is not always the gamers. People want to make money and they never seem to be happy with the millions and billions they already have. Sad world we live in.

@@onehitsword6800 The PS5 and series X’s power has not been fully utilized by any game yet. Its the same way ww saw Ghost of tsushima and the last of us go all out of the PS4. The current PS5 should be able to put out incredible never before seen graphics and gameplay, if the devs have enough time to optimize. And PC would be just marvelous
