Left hand turns, stop signs and red lights are the biggest problems for a lot of drivers over there....Are they distracted, drunk, blind or just stupid? :)
After watching dozens of these videos from what used to be the USSR, that many people whom drive a vehicle do not understand what the purpose of the brake pedal is.
