  • I really admire ventriloquists. Just not only being able to speak with their mouth closed, but also creating whole new personalities and speaking with them fluently, not to mention the difficulty of coordinating the puppets' movements to what they're saying... Seems simple, but that job is like acting three times at the same time. Just crazy

  • this whole concept of children being introduced to people of all different kinds of professions/disabilities is such an amazing concept. I wish actual elementary schools saw how exciting yet educational and beneficial this truly is for young people and had more events with different types of people coming in to talk to a class. It must feel so inspiring as a young kid to see how many types of things really exist in the world and to really hear a personal perspective on how fun life can be, rather just teaching kids that math and science are the only 'important' things
