  • The date currently is 3/7/19. I'll be back in a year to see whats changed. Wish me luck. This year has taught me so much and has made me a stronger version of myself. With all the exams I have taken this year I am pleased with my results. I am improving on myself each day and getting closer to my dream job. A year has gone by so fast and I will update this next year to see my improvements.

    • Ben Holden there are no minority quotas where I work. We're exempt from that because we're too small of a company, I know because I'm the Vice President here. I work 80 hours a week. I also do personal training on the weekends even though I make good money at my main job. And I still make time to give back by doing KZhead videos to teach people what I learned along the way. I'm still learning.

Today I’m a multi-millionaire, multiple business owner and spiritually free. For anybody reading this I pray for your breakthrough, don’t you dare give up. I too used to listen to this video every single day on my 9-5 job until I finally built up the courage to quit that job. It completely changed my life. Fear is an illusion, you got to have an end goal in mind and follow that no matter what.. no matter how far that looks in your current state.. life somehow will get you there.

  • I’ve been listening to this video since I was 13. Every now and then I go back over the years for a pick me up or a little nostalgia. I’m 22 now and I can proudly say, without even noticing, subconsciously I have achieved all the things in this video. Not mastered, but achieved. 10 years… Skill is a slow burner, results are an art form, and perfection is an infinite concept.

  • I'm 26. In the last 2 years, I came out of school with no job, went through my first breakup of real love, and had to live at home. I thought I was a failure in all aspects of life. Recently, I found out my ex is now seeing someone new. I wrote a 4 page manifesto of my feelings and goals. It takes courage to start over again, but in a year I will no longer hate myself. I will accomplish the goals I have set for myself, and when I do I will go back to the beaches where I was once happy for the first time, finally ready to move on and start my life. Everyone has their own struggle, but we'll get through this together.

    • An na that moment when you realise that we're basically fighting each other, think about it. i want to have something that you want as well, so we're competing for it. don't think that success comes from nowhere, it comes from someone that that has it all ready

    • Durk #1 nah mate i didn't want to sound motivational or poetic or whatever, i only wanted to speak the truth. you obviously didn't understand the meaning of this phrase, and that's kinda sad. It means that we help each other reach our goals (because alone we could never make it), but, at the same time, everyone has his personal goal (sort of). I hope you get it now, and, for the next time, don't be so salty pls. I know you may be going through some stressed weeks but it's okay, chill a bit instead of bitching around here boy

  • Overcame a 9 year Porn and Masturbation addiction. Currently trying to break free of a Spinning to music addiction ( Something that I have had since I was born) that has crippled my time management and other areas of my life. My short term goals are to Educate as many people as possible on the effects that porn and masturbation has on a person. And help people overcome their addiction like I did. And grow my KZhead channel from that. As Well as breaking free from this lifelong spinning addiction so that I can begin to focus on becoming a Champ. I hope everyone who reads this accomplishes their goals and dreams as well.

  • I first listened to this video on the 6th of January 2016. Almost 5months later I've listened to it almost every day...maybe missing 6days at the very most. Since that first day I've memorized the whole script to this video. I've dragged myself out of bed on days when I would've much rather had slept for the full day. I've changed my lfe around, I've lost almost 10kg and I'm happy with that. 10x that to go. I push myself harder. I can do the plank for 2minutes, 15 proper full pressups, 50 situps and 30 jump squats. I can run for longer and most of all my dream of being a champ in the cycling industry is coming closer day by day. I can cycle for well over an hour at 80-100rpm without stoppping. I love it and I'm happy with myself. I've got a long way to go but I will make this goal become a reality. I CAN I CAN I CAN!!!!

  • This video saved my life. 1 year ago I stumbled across this video while trying to find some stupid comedy video. I hit play and almost turned it off, but something made me not do it. 1 year ago I was on my way to an early grave. I had a serious eating problem, and had ballooned up to just shy of 400 pounds. At my most recent weigh in, I was down to 250 pounds. I've lost 150 pounds over the last year. No surgeries, no personal trainer, no special anything. Just diet and hard work. I thank God every day for allowing me to find this video. I watch it almost every day. When that man screams I can, I can, I can, that is what lit a fire in me. I hope there are more of you put there.

  • Reporting back in. I started listening to this about 7 years ago. I had just failed with a company and I didn't know where to go from there. I listened to it for hours on end, reprogramming my mind. I recalled it today, that maybe this mindset wasn't just all mine - that I'd gotten it from somewhere. I've gotten to somewhere where I'd call myself successful. Definitely on my way. I'm nowhere near finished. It took me 7 years of solid effort to get here - but nowhere near finished. It will probably take me another 7 years to get there. Or more. But I'm on my way. This video helped me teach me what I am capable of. Thank you! Best of luck to the rest of the community! Don't give up - don't give in.

  • I’ve listened to this for almost 2 years now, pretty much memorized it (downloaded as an mp3 for the car). I’ve cried to it, yelled back at it, grown so much through it, and made life and career choices from the heart because of it. It’s really quite an unbelievable video. Every word is gold. It centres me when I don’t have a strong mind on my own, and it’s actually shaped me into who I am today. I’m getting a tattoo related to “unbroken” because of how much it’s changed my life. I can. • Mo Chroi and you should always do that. If something is brining you down, for example the environment you in, the people etc, then leave. It's hard, one of the hardest things to do actually, but it's the only way out. We deserve better, and we can only get better by making the right choices. At the end of the day it's about yourself. Walk away, don't look back

  • 4 months ago i found out my wife was cheating on me. She took everything the car, house, our 3 kids. The thought of having to start over with less than nothing and having to pay for child support while saving up to get a place to live was overwhelming. After 2 failed suicide attempts i stumbled on this video everything changed i stopped crying, feeling sorry for myself, blaming everyone. Im writing this for the person who made this video. whoever you are i can honestly say, you saved my life. You saved a guys life in oregon. thank you and god bless you

I look back to the time i used a razor knife to cut my arm casue i was tired of suffering and i realized i dont get to start over i dont get to fulfill goals i have yet to set for myself. bad things are always going to happen theres not one person in this world who goes through life without something bad happen to them

In my case i knew she wasnt the right one for me but i stuck around for my kids. But just focus on your work and make sure its something you love to do because if you hate it that'll make u feel worse and your recovery will take longer

  • This video saved my life... Still does... I never been married, and never had kids. I found it 5 years ago, I was heartbroken, with limited career options, suffering from anxiety and depression (still do, but much less now) and without a clue what to do with my life.. I was 35 years old. I realized up to that point I was only alive because my mom needed my support, so that made me also realize that after she were to leave this world my life would cease to have a purpose... I crumbled rapidly inside, I felt a suffocating feeling every minute I was awake... I wanted to give up... I couldn't do it while my mom still lives, but I was certain I was just waiting for the day I could give up... Then I found this video, one day I was drifting about in KZhead, just wondering if anyone out there was talking about similar feelings, somehow I ended up here. That day... well, that day my life was saved. Today I am growing professionally in way I never imagined possible for me, I am not heartbroken and learned what hope really means, and I was able to put my anxiety and depression on check. Ah! I still support my mom, but I now know my life has its own purpose, even after the day she goes. Thank you for reading my story, and thank you a million to Mateusz M.

  • I was dancing for about 4 years. Almost everybody was better than me, i almost gave up, i wanted to quit, but my mom said that I have to try harder and that she won't let me quit. I was really mad. I didn't have any friends there, that's also the reason why I didn't wanted to go there. Another year passed. I started to dance better, but still didn't have any friends. I knew that my mom won't allow to quit, that's why I found different dance studio. I started to go there. I really wanted to make friends and dance better. Since I'm really shy, I pushed myself and started to talk to everybody and they were nicer, more opened with me and finally I was happy. Everything has changed, I dance a lot better, I have a lot more friends and I have to thank my mom, that she didn't let me quit all that, because non of it would hapened if I would gave up and because I don't even know what I would do if I wouldn't be a dancer now. I'm also glad that it all hapened, I'm a lot stronger now and work harder. I truly believe that everything what happens, happens for a reason and every bad thing that happens makes you stronger and learns you something. We are the ones that chooses our destiny, for some people its easier, for some harder. Some people chooses to just dream their dreams, but some to work hard so their dream come true. As in video I agree, that our time is limited, that one day, can be that they, do everything to not regret it. I think that nobody even read this :D

    • I read it. You are not alone in your struggle, your experience, your challenges. No one is an island. We are all truly here for a higher purpose. Discover what gives you goosebumps, uncover what excites you, and stay in the stream of excitement. Recognize that you are never alone, all the world wants you to succeed, and if there are those that don't - that's not your problem. There is greatness in you, and just as giving birth to life is a struggle, so too is birthing the greatness within you. But the results are worth every drop of sweat, every moment of pain.

I was planning to go back to school starting this summer in nursing so I can help people. I want to save lives, make a change, walk the halls that Death himself stalks day in and day out, and I want to follow Deaths shadow and find his next victim and push back his agenda and make sure someone returns to their family once more. All that seemed like it was on the line. I felt like I lost everything. Life had me on the ropes saying that I lost. I was scared. This is the third video on this channel that I saw today and I want to thank whoever makes these videos because I just found a reason to get back up and throw a right hook straight into the face of my fears and tribulations.

  • The first time I saw this video was in a big room at the start of last year. My last year of school ever. It was a few months in through year 12 and it was just so overwhelming to the point where I was giving up on myself and I kept putting in my head that there was no way I was going to graduate because I kept failing and failing.. Until our teachers invited a motivational speaker to help us see past the stress & help us prepare for the future towards finishing year 12. I know I wasn't the only feeling the same in the room. There were so many "What If's". What if I don't make it? What if I don't pass? What if it's not enough? ...and then when he made us watch this film the room was so quiet, even when the video finished. No one said a word, I saw a couple of people with their heads down, some were even wiping their tears away as quick as possible so others wouldn't judge & I was one of those people. Once we left the room when the presentation was done it felt different. Hearing something like this changed inside in some sort of way and it made me feel better and less stressed. I listened to this video, the words mainly every time I'd tell myself to quit. It went on for almost half a year. Long story short, I graduated. Soon to study into the course of something that I've dreamed of and worked for. All those nights staying up late and crying, feeling frustrated, sacrificing sleep and to have fun with friends. It's worth it in the end. Just believe in yourself. Eventually I did. and I've overcome it. I'm proud of myself & that's enough for me :)

  • please listen to my words; it means a lot to me...... A few years ago I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression disorders. I felt weak and defeated. I would lay in bed for hours giving up on my dream collage, gymnastics, and passions. Pain would consume me..... the feeling of weakness is a memory that will always come back to bite me in the back. One day my gymnastics coach drove to my house to talk to me. She walked into my room, opened my blinds, threw my blanket off of me, and handed me a mirror. she told me, " tell yourself that you can" I reluctantly muttered a soft I can, I didn't really care. She let out a defeated huff.... walked to to my bedroom door. and stated, "Zosia imagine talking to your younger self, she wouldn't give up... I know shes still in there" She then left me living in her true and passionate words. The next day I woke up and sprinted 1 mile, my legs burned and my body was weak. I just couldn't give up though. I studied harder and smarter I become. I ran and finally returned to gymnastics. This was the best day of my life. I am now at my dream college studying Psychology with a scholarship to help people who feel defeated just like I felt. Just remember after reading my life story full of basically useless words... this may not be important to you but I cant express how important driving yourself to do better is. Just remember to believe in yourself , your dreams, your passions, family, and ambition. Good luck and hope you live your life as if it is your last!

I was working as a bus driver and had a dream of starting my own IT business. I took risks, was defeated, gave up, started over again, cried and laughed more times than I can count. Today I'm running the same little company, self-employed. We broke $150k in revenues last year and this year signed more contracts in a year than in the last 4. If I can do it, you can too. Most days I can't even find the reason to wake up or to get out of bed simply cause what's the point? The one person who would just sit there and listen to me talk about some nerd crap, I have no urge to find a job.. No urge to finish school... But this video is called "BROKEN" we all have our own problems and baggage this 5 min video makes me want to continue my life... I have to struggle to live because that's what my dad would want but even more importantly his life may have ended but his life is not my own... I am my own person and I have my whole life ahead of me and I must live life and find who I am and become that person

  • I'm currently on a downward spiral and listening to this has helped pick me up. I just wanted to say thank you. I started to forget who I was and my outlook. I needed a reminder.

  • I wonna live my life, with no Regrets, no looking back, and knowing everything I do TODAY is for a better TOMMOROW. I'm 13. Average life is 80. Only 67 years potentially left in ME! Let's make the World Remember THOSE 67 Years I worked for my Future, The years I lived everyday with passion, with some drive, pushing myself. Writing the last chapter of my Story. That's my dream.

  • I first watched this video soon after its upload back in 2014. I was destroyed, hopeless, in a dead end office job, had just lost the woman I thought was the love of my life. It was a game changer. My change was slow paced, but sure enough 7 years later I can finally come back here to say: I did it, and so can you. I'm now at medical school, which was the dream of my life. I made my parents proud, I have friends who trully loves me. It's all truth, folks. Live your life with passion, with some drive. YOU CAN. Please do not give up, please have some hope, things do get better. You matter.

  • Just a year ago i was sitting in my car crying and trying to decide if i would continue living my life or not,i was desperate.Nothing was working. I said to myself i will give it one more shot even though i couldnt see many things positive. I started working out again while my mind was tearing my body apart,i cried to keep going, started reading new book 2 pages a day because i couldnt do more, started eating a bit more, started confronting my fears when i already built them to be tall as mountains and kept repeating i will make it ,that i can do it.Every day was hard but i kept pushing harder. Today i am doing fine finishing my studies,i am working in my small company and today i completed my first big job and most importantly i am in love with a wonderful person. But something was missing.I typed motivational video after a long time and found this video.Your videos kept me alive a year ago while i was crawling on the floor alone, and tears rushed into my eyes ,because old feelings came in,but i didnt cry from sadness but happiness that i beat it. THERE IS NO GREATER PRIDE ! Thank you mateusz, you saved me.

  • I used to ride and listen this video over and over. Tonight I’m listening while I sit in bed after foot surgery. In June I had major neck surgery. All from years of cycling. I’m 51 and my bike is still waiting patiently for me. ❤
