In this Let's Play video, I will be doing a Full Detailed Walkthrough for New Players on a fresh new profile. You will see me play my second town on the Viceroy Difficulty setting. We also did a speed run on Settlers difficulty before the Live Dev Stream knocking out certain Deeds. We finished the third town in 3 years or less opening a bunch of glades early in Untamed Wilds. (This VOD is from my live stream broadcast.)
This is the Full Release (Version 1.0.1R) of Against the Storm. I have been playing Against the Storm for over 2 years now in the Early Access, and recently won first place ranking in the Queen Hand's Trial event. *Untamed Wilds modifier gives you two threats for Dangerous and Forbidden Glades.

Against the Storm is a Survival Fantasy Colony Sim / City Builder. You are a Viceroy tasked with building towns to gather resources to upgrade the Smoldering Citadel for the Queen. This is a very unique roguelite city builder game with a fantasy vibe. Beavers, Humans, Lizards, Harpies, and Foxes working together to survive against the storm and the mysterious dangerous forests.

I did the fishmen ritual WAY too early and in pioneer. Failed it because did not know about the prestige gain from race hapiness. Thought you could only get it from glade chests.
is there any harm in letting queens impatience build up? It seems that as long as it doesn’t completely fill up completely (unlikely at this difficulty) it doesn’t do any harm
Its good to let it build up but you need to pace yourself to make sure you can lower it when you need to. So there is a risk factor involved there. It gets much harder later (higher prestige) when her impatience drops only by half value than full value.
Each full point of Queen's impatience reduces hostility by some amount (20 maybe?) so it can actually work to your advantage to have high impatience if you're trying to keep hostility under control.
