Please spar MVP
Really thinking from long time you vs mpv. Swear to God.
Could you ask Houston to stop injuring himself for views.
I love these vids. I also love the karate
MVP thinks he's Hisoka attaching Bungee Gum
Can see Venom becoming a world class coach. His breakdown of those techniques was so clear and concise. Can we have him back on please for more.
The best technique ever tho was his own ko loss lol. People said fluke but in the rematch Lima was razor close to landing it again
YES please
@@TransitionedToAShark so what? Wonderboy got knocked out by a light weight named pettis who was at his worst form, lima is a huge guy who knocked out mvp.
@@garyleelee1481 what do you mean so what? I said it was one of the best techniques that’s all you melt. Saying wonder boy got slept? Clown lol
@@TransitionedToAShark you're trying to. Make fun of him getting knocked out so i said pettis knocked wonderboy out with a superman punch and he is a light weight, I guess that ko loss was wonderboy's best technique too huh? 🤣 you get what I mean now? Or do you need it to be repeated?
The crossover we’ve all been waiting for
Yessir
Now we want to see a light sparing match
Mike perry next
Yep
Facts!! I would love to see these guys do more videos together. I would like to see em spar also lol maybe a light spar nothing crazy just wanna see the movement and tricks they got for eachother
2 striking masters together breaking down techniques is another level.
Why did you stop being all of our friend Tom?
@@surthrivingalaska2511 it wasn’t my fault. Money changed me, i’m broke now. I’m not the same.
what a treat to watch, i wanted to watch an hour long version of this
Izzy in this mix would be an overload of excellence..
Wonder boy gathering info for their future fight 😂
Watching MVP talk about his technique makes him so much scarier as a striker. Alot of times it feels like he is just lucky but knowing how he is setting these things up and baiting the attacks, amazing.
FYI anyone in the ufc or any other major promotion isn’t their because of luck. They’re all extremely skilled fighters.
@@il9861 *ahem* CM Punk *ahem*
As the old saying goes; the more success you have, the luckier I got. None of this is luck lol. Thats insulting.
He is a can crusher, 95% of his fights are against taxi drivers
@@theKashConnoisseur That wasn't luck, that was him being a draw. Anyone that can get people to watch can do most things they want.
The attaching strings segment was so good I never thought of feints like that but it’s such a good way to organize feints to an opponents counter in your mind really loved that concept
Two of the greatest strikers to grace the sport of MMA!
which one pair you think is better these guys or alex pereira and Izzy ?
@@24sowl11 lmao
Best 170 karatekas out there mate 👊
@@24sowl11 alex and izzy are better but these 2 are no joke either.
@@dammaguy1286 I think these 2 and Izzy would be a crazy trio. Alex is great but I think that stylebender, wonderboy and MVP are almost generational strikers
Those spin kicks were so graceful that I almost forgot how destructive those are
Stephen is Spider Man, Michael is Venom
Cause he’s black🤨 jk 😂😂
Stephen is wonderboy
“This has GOTTA be racist” even though it’s literal and perfect all in one thought 😭😭😭😭🤷🏾♂️🔥
#nerd and the villian
@@Tsvkiiiit’s racist, thank you
I remember meeting MVP a couple years back and asked him how he sets up shots, he told me the EXACT same thing about “attaching strings”. Imagine the smile on my face when he said it to Wonderboy 😭
MVP sounds like such a nice guy and gentleman . Wish him the best
What a wholesome duo there. Love their interactions of explaining a move then being able to act them out. MVP beaming when Wonderboy hits that sweet pause.
"The car crash" effect is one of those things that point fighting karatekas are absolutely masters at. My favorite example is Machida vs Bader. Machida kept Bader at a huge distance while frustrating him with zippy in-and-out blitzs, and eventually Bader rushed in to eat a perfectly timed gyaku-zuki that flattened him. It's worth noting that this was at LHW, where Bader was huge for the division, while Machida weighed in _under_ the 205 limit at around 201 lbs, which meant he was basically a MW fighting a HW... but that car crash made all the difference.
That was so brutal. I'm surprised Bader's career recovered after that, to be honest.
@DatingMatis156 He actually did VERY well vs Jones. Jones lost round 1, and it took awhile for Jones to adapt. He is a phenomenal fighter, and indeed he adapted, but he was indeed in trouble for awhile in the 1st round, no doubt.
@DatingMatis156 He actually was the first person to really tag Bones, dude is such phenom that he adjusted but was def having trouble in that first round.
Unfortunately for Machida, Jones used the same technique on him that dropped him and eventually opened that opportunity for a nasty choke. Jones has studied him well.
That attaching strings bit is brilliant
Great to see you both in the same video! Awesome breakdown
too much strike IQ in one room.
Imagine wonderboy in the usdc!
👋 Rokus
My goodness. I couldn't stop smiling the whole time watching this. MVP is one of the most terrifying fighters I've seen, and he comes across in this as INSANELY nice and supportive. Also, as noted below, his ability to explain what he does is remarkable. It makes me happy to see the two of you having so much fun with this- thanks for another GREAT lesson!
Amazing crossover with 2 amazing fighters with crazy footwork and flashy techniques
It’s wild to see how humble and down to earth he seems here
I would love to see MVP in the UFC. He and Wonderboy in the octagon would be surreal. They would both paint that entire octagon red.
But they're friends :(
They would be spinning all night long baby
Just a massive bay blade fight
I'd would have loved to see a triple threat match between MVP, Wonderboy, and Raymond Daniels, but back in their respective primes.
It would probably be a really boring fight lol
Wonderboy being willing to continue to keep learning more about something he is already a master at is why he’s still in the race for champ! I believe in you Stephen!!
This was incredible. The terminology MVP uses, like "attaching strings" and "car crash", perfectly describe what he's talking about to the point a child could understand it. The way he then breaks it down point by point, dude is a hell of a teacher. God I would love to see him in the UFC. The fights that could be made there would be incredible.
Your wish became reality MVP is fighting at UFC 299 against Kevin Holland
@@jaluxontheflux9458 And he turned Holland into a grappler lmao
I literally saw one adesanya highlight reel and then one venom page highlight reel and I have been hooked on MMA since.
dope. it was a melvin manhoef highlight reel that got me into mma. a dynamic striker's highlight reel is literally insane.
Dillashaw for me
Fedor for me
@@yourenotthatguypal3483 prime tj was one of the most fun styles to watch
@@wisewigga7129 Fr, I still go back to watch his fights against Barao sometimes
This is literally the duo we all needed but Izzy would make this the most dangerous striking trio known to mma 😭
MVP is my all time favourite fighter. So exciting to watch. Pure talent.
Watching this after seeing MVP vs Holland, venom literally sets everything up and is probably one of the smartest MMA fighters
I left my wife as she is currently birthing our first born, just so I can watch this long anticipated collab
Jesus. 😂
Congrats, your child with be a Karate master
It's probably not yours so it's fine
You joking...right??
MVP next fight with wonderboy.
That knee strat convo was super interesting. MVP is discussing using it defensively, "post-feint"; getting the reads, luring the opponent into close range THEN firing off the flying knee based on their response. Knowing that, while he's throwing it, he's in a decently defensive position. Just using the jump, he can kind of safely train in in sparring as well. It's a different way of thinking about the tech; fascinating guy.
MVP is one of the greatest martial artists i've ever watched. I'll never understand why he never came to the UFC, but that man is a force of nature.
They probably treat him well in his promotion enough to not have the tru reason to fight in ufc plus he may want his name to be the greatest amongst balloter history
It's much easier to look amazing when you're fighting lesser competition.
@@bedp thats stupid lol, mvp would have looked just as amazing in ufc.
This didn’t grace well did it 😂
@@abs6kaderLOL, sure took his sweet f*ckign time to do it, it's a miracle i didn't die of old age yet.
Amazing techniques. MVP shown 2 of his iconic ko techniques and Wonderboy got to experience and learn how to do them. Very nice wholesome video. Good vibes
I usually find step-by-step videos on fighting kinda boring, although I love the topic, but your delivery, guys, was awesome, this could very well become a series on the channel for real !
Love these two legends!!!
Mad humble duo with much respect, love to see it
What an awesome breakdown of some unorthodox techniques being used in actual fights. I love this content.
They're never gonna fight each other, they love each other 💕
That's not how it works
Friends fight each other all the time. It’s just business.
Best video I’ve seen in KZhead in years. Y’all are both people I look up to. Ty for this.
Good to see this! Thanks for bringing him in.
I love to see 2 karate strikers artists from different MMA companies together!
Great to see the real MVP, seems like a great guy!
This!!! After inly really seeing his in-cage "persona", it was SO cool to see he's a humble guy who was buzzing to share his techniques with no ego.. That's Wonderboy's skill - he's SUCH a nice guy he brings out the best in people he interacts with...👍
Man the energy of both of you is awesome. Hope to see some more collaboration from you guys. Amazing technique breakdown.
2 of the best, wish you guys continued success!
Two of the most dynamic & best strikers to ever do it in MMA! Truly a sight to see in the same room
Love these collabs with other high-level strikers. (Also on Karate Combat.) Keep it up!
2 striking genius together is amazing!! Big fan of both from FRANCE.
Excellent breakdown!!! Love these technique videos!
That's why I love WB! Awesome breakdowns, expressing himself honestly and doesn't hesitate to tell other fighters how much he admires them❤
In an era where every MMA fighter is opening a YT Channel, Wonderboy's differentiating factor is showing various techniques.... I'm always here for that
Best collab I’ve ever seen🔥🔥
Two of the best strikers ever. Kudos!
great collab, MVP is one of the most entertaining fighters. Hope to see you do more content with him
Great Video NMF. Great insight into the mind of a fighter aswell👍
Two Legends
Two scary dudes right there, just being chill, on the same page and having a wonderful time
MVP is one of very few guys I tune into Bellator for. Love watching him
Two legends of the sport! I love it 👏👏👏
WOW THESE 2 ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST
Great collab! Would love to see more of MVP on this channel!
YAAAAAY My two favorite fighters just chillin! I love it!
Inspiring niceness wherever you go! Thanks WBT! You're the NOAT. Thanks for sharing MVP! ❤
I would love to see these 2 do more technique breakdowns!! Best 2 karate style fighters to ever fight mma
*cough* Machida *cough*
Omfg Christmas came extremely early this year! I hope you guys agree with me when I say that we want more of this duo.
Amazing!! Thank you Mr Wonderboy 🫶🏻
Wow this was a treat. Two of my favorite strikers ever in my favorite gym!!! Loved this!
Two legends ❤
Man, i would have liked to hear some on his signature down the middle punches, too. How he times and sets those up
Mahn, this is so refreshing to see martial artists talking and acting respectful. Either one of these 2 should be champion. Great ambassadors of the sport. Definitely got a subscription from me
Love that y'all linked up!
Mvp is the most disrespectful fighter of all time….and I love every second of it🤣
That was awesome. Great vid wonderboy.
The collab everybody needed 🐐 & 🐐
By far one of the most talented and entertaining fighters... People say he was being cocky..LOL Absolutely not! It was pure showmanship as well as Sportsmanship because he didn't pound on an unconscious opponent after KO
It’s just a shame Michael wasn’t able to get into the UFC earlier in his career. He’s a talent for sure and im positive the UFC or even ONE FC would’ve made him evolve his style
He's 36 and only has maybe 2 more years left, you are right it's a shame
Thanks for the video Wonderboy🙏
Two legendary fighting minds!
MVP is the scariest modern day striker imo. the OG being cro cop. but MVP strikes are so fast and powerful and the damage hes done to people is crazy and for his size too. i will watch MVP everytime he fights
MVP is good but the scariest? Guy has barely fought seasoned opponents and the one time he actually fought a good guy he got slept by Lima 💀
@BPJ true, but it shows he's not untouchable. Most scariest strikers stop being scary once they get knocked out cold
@@zayd5274 yes the scariest striker. has nothing to do with quality of opponent. didnt say the best, that would have something to do with quality of opponent. find me anyone at 170 lbs that has caused the damage to his opponents that MVP has caused, I'll wait, lol
@@michaelbassett8076 I'm saying people are just terrified of MVP because they're afraid he's going to emote on them 🤷. Scariest at 170 sure. But you said modern striking, and there's strikers scarier
@@zayd5274 find someone whos done this in MMA, i will wait...again.
Make no mistake, this is a ,"How can i beat you" analysis. Not an admiration analysis.
Love it, this is a good mix two master of their crafts
Wow! You both are great together. More please
Great teaching and interaction. Two real dudes.
Love it! WORLD CLASS INSIGHT!
2 legends in the game!
Wow what a special moment, two guys with good stand up game❤
Brilliant explanation of tactics and technique.
2 of the best, most exciting
This is the fight that needs to be made!
Two iconic and entertaining performers! Epic
Great content, thank you both.
This man wonder-boy is only getting better with time! Real student of the game. All the respect in the world. He really is a wonder boy.
PLEASE more of this content!!!
What an awesome collaboration. 2 of the greatest mma strikers of all time. Too cool
Love both you guys, the real deal here. No brawlers! Just masters..
two Masters at work 💪🏻💯
Brilliant!!! More please!
Two of my favorite fighters.i would've truly love to seen these two fight each other.
Ya mon, gotta love MVP ... Can't wait for another showdown 👊🏻
Love these 2 fighters. What a cool collab!
thank god you had this cross over I have always compred mvp’s fighting style to yours and have even questioned who would win in a fight
Im geeking out big time!!!
MVP and Wonderboy are two legit strikers giving us tips over here. Great show bro
So pumped to see MVP do his thing. How can you not love wonder boy? The guys all class and just a good human being. Hope they both have lots of success in all future endeavors
