I was just focusing on Park’s man marking so far. but now I see how good Pirlo was. look at the quality of the passes he made whilst the hard pressure of Jisung. So proud of Park, thanks to beautiful play from Andrea, and ROONEY 100/100 finish.. wow
The only time Pirlo got some free time from Park was when he took freekick or corners. Ji-Sung Park was so underrated It was a genius move from Sir Alex to put Park full time on only Pirlo, AC Milan become so much weaker when Park was near Pirlo, cuz then Pirlo couldn't do what he was good at
He did the simple things to perfection. Mark, tackle and pass. He had the unlimited gas in the tank to execute those 3 things for 90 minutes straight without stopping.
Even with Park breathing down his neck Pirlo still managed to get off some elite passes, great battle! And Rooney, wow just wow. Great nostalgia

Perhaps JS Park was not the best of the type player with his skills, but he was one of the most faithful and disciplined guy a team who can have whose competent manager can use the player at its most useful timing and place. He has all the skills enough for all the rolls he can do as a soccer(football) player; but his obedience is something only what stands out him from the rest. It is not because he is just merely a Korean. He is type of ‘the player’ who is one of the most obedient and faithful card every manger would pay millions for.
he is talanted player but had weak body since he was boy. He was short and thin that people around him thought if he would stop playing soccer even when he was in high school. It was his complex but his parents gave him a lots of food known as good for body thanks to their effort he became taller small by small. and with his great stamina and fighting spirit he became best player on kyoto and psv. After he came Man Utd, he had knee injuries hard so even one match by match it was hard to him. And then Ferguson give him a role focused on defense because it demands him less of quickness which makes his knee tired. Maybe it is the reason we recognize him as a player with good stamina and patience. So I think he is of course with great obedience he became one of the best Man utd player, but at the same time I think It's a pity that he didn't show enough of his talent like speedy and powerful styles he shown on psv.

At the first match , Furguson saw what Pirlo made with even few chance to kick freely. So at the second match, Furguson got Park marked Pirlo more tight. and he did perfectly.
This Manchester United team, is really something. Against the opposition with Pirlo, Pato, Ronaldinho, and others, all in their prime, you have to praise Ferguson for his choice of players, his tactical mastery and the dedication from the team themselves.
