EASY UPDO USING 5 ELASTICS | For medium long hair

Divide off a new section of hair from the ponytail. This will be the top right portion of the bun. Tie the elastic band over the section of hair a few inches down the hair to ensure the puffy section will be large enough .
Create a gap in the hair, right above the elastic ban. Flip the ends through the gap to twist both side sections. Now go back over the hair and carefully pull on sections of hair to make the twisted pieces bigger and puffier.
Roll the elastic band up towards the top of the ponytail so the twisted section creates a roll and the elastic band is against the back of the head.
Slide bobby pins into the hair to pin it against the head. You don't need to open the bobby pins; simply hook a bit of hair from the rolled section and then slide the pin into the hair against the head to hold it in place.
Now divide the remaining hair from the ponytail into two equal sections. I am also including the ends from the top two pinned sections of the bun in the bottom portions of the ponytail.
Take the right side and this will become the bottom right portion of the bun.
Using a clear elastic band, tie this over the section of hair a few inches down the hair to ensure the puffy section will be large enough . Create a gap in the hair, right above the elastic ban. Flip the ends through the gap to twist both side sections.
Now go back over the hair and carefully pull on sections of hair to make the twisted pieces bigger and puffier.
Tuck the section under itself, up towards the hair band so the twisted section creates a new section of the bun and the elastic band is against the back of the head. Pin the section in place by sliding bobby pins through small pieces of the ponytail hair and then into the hair from the head.
Now combine the ends that are left hanging down from the ponytail and combine them together to create the last section of the bun. Take a clear elastic band and tie this over the hair, a few inches down from the top.
Once it's tied off, create a gap in the hair above the elastic band. Flip the ends through the gap to create the two twisted side sections.
Now puff up the section by pulling on small sections of hair so they slide out of the elastic. Then tuck the elastic underneath so it's against the head, next to the ponytail hair band. Pin the section in place with some bobby pins until it feels fastened in place.
If there is any additional hair sticking out from the bun, repeat the same steps and tie another elastic band over the section to combine the hair together. Flip the ends through a gap above the elastic band and create another topsy tail section.
Tuck the section underneath the base of the bun and pin it in place using bobby pins until it feels like it's secured and won't fall loose.
Once everything is pinned up, you can go back over the style and detail it a little bit. Pulling on small sections to ensure the bun is symmetrical all the way around.
Use a medium-hold hairspray to smooth down any loose hairs or flyaways.
