The record would have been the first stream sub-17 if Mr Darkside hadn't joined me, so on one hand I'm kinda disappointed about that. But on the other, it was kinda hilarious to go the whole way with a passenger and still set a stream record, so I can't complain 😂

That Phoenix not slowing down was truly a moment of Broughy playing in traffic and it NOT being his fault. Idk if it's a lag thing or what, but sometimes the AI in this game does just seem to go hyperspeed or lurch forward like that.

i think the problem with RBS isnt that he’s always winning, but rather he’s always THERE and winning. people wont have a problem with him constantly winning if it was only on one platform, but the fact he’s participating on every single platform is what turning some people off.

Yeah Phoenix seemed to speed up suddenly as it approached too. You need to understand that it's not the races fault, but if you think that you're going to have a shit race, you will. Edit: I would like to add that although you can't blame gfred, you can blame GTAV. It's not the race specifically, it's the game. The nature of gfred is to exaggerate the flaws in the game.

I keep saying this but you have to stand still to get oncoming traffic to stop. If you run towards an oncoming car, 9/10 it will just run you over.

I might be misremembering but I'm pretty sure the dnf timer never used to start until 25 minutes + up until more recently.
nope, always been whenever half or more of the players have completed, otherwise lapfreds from years ago would not be possible
@@DiNmiTe Right, I know it starts when half of the players finish, I'm saying that the players have gotten that much better lately that the dnf timer starts earlier and earlier because half the field finishes earlier than they used to. And obviously I mean a normal gfred.

why not do more GFREDs with more variation in the checkpoints? but with a similar set up: starting on an island, and ending on an island making sure to include major challenges like chilliad

@@95mushroom where you respawn ;) but yes the rule is at the race start you must run to the highway to get a car. afterwards if you die you can use the cycle

You can, but it’s significantly slower to do so

these gfreds really arent enjoyable, broughy is absolutely shot, and rbs wins all the time, i hope the offseason helps to change that and trun it around, cos tyeah something needs to be done. I know hes said changes are coming, i just hope they work Also please stop using the middle route so much, so many times youvve had a car thatll do the hotlap easily and you keep chickening out
