  • I used to make connecting rod bearing from car for my yamaha R6, it is risky but it worked perfectly fine, you can try bearing from car, using cnc machine for high precision

  • そうですかとうとうメタル廃番になっちゃいましたか、、、 私のMC22/23ももうOHはできなくなっちゃいましたね。 スプロケカバを作られたのにはびっくりしました。 余計なお世話は重々承知ですが、シムによる調整機構のない カムギヤトレーンはヘッド、シリンダの当たり面は磨かないほうが良いと思います。 ものすごい精度で作られているので削る余裕が全くありません。

  • ウェルドパテめっちゃいいですよ〜 摩耗してスプロケが空転しちゃうカウンタシャフトに詰めればあら不思議、100km/hでも耐えうる強度になります でも硬化時間がそこそこ長め💦

  • Have a look at Aqua blasting or even Soda blasting, it's ideal for softer metal castings and will save you time and a lot of hard work. I'm really enjoying your videos, even though I'm not what you would call a bike fan.

    • @@user-vk7cg8mo6q Aqua blasting is a reasonably priced process here in the UK, many companies do it A soda blasting system is inexpensive to set up, and it can be carried out without a cabinet. I don't know what costs are involved for the soda.

  • Nice save with the repair to the casing above the sprocket. Just one thing that worries me, the copper based grease you are using, that will surely cause wear to the bearings and will destroy the engine in very short amount of time.

  • Excellent work. Could you perhaps say what kind of oil stone you are using to clean the surfaces? Coarsness and type?

    • I use a #400 or #600 oil stone soaked in plenty of engine oil. Be careful not to rub too hard 😊

  • いつもありがとうございます　自分も影響されオーバーホール初めました　が 大失敗しましたサービスマニュアルに乗っ取りドリブンギアとドライブギアのマーキングは消えずに残っているのですがドリブンギアと1stカムギアのマーキングが洗浄中に消えてしまいました 合わせ方教えてもらえますか 忙しいと思いますがお願いします

  • Всё бы хорошо, но эта "порнуха" со смолой явно была лишняя... При наличии второго картера который не жалко, можно было без проблем пильнуть этот кусок и приварить. Ну если не хочется портить картер, то можно было изготовить эту часть из алюмишки, подогнать и так же приварить. Понятно что узел не силовой и нагрузки там максимум крышку держать, но всё равно мне кажется что вся эта возня со смолой того не стоила...

  • I thoughYou knew what your doing but obviously you don't. You can't use copper slip in the main bearings and big ends, your going to wreck the engine straight away. I can't watch this anymore.
