Lot of people say that race where he went 3:40.07 was the race where he should have broken 3:40 but in my Opinion it’s this race where he could blown past that barrier. He took this race out too slow in my opinion. He was 1:44.0 speed in the 200 at this meet and he seemed to be content to hang with Hackett in the first 200 of this race. And then he had a tremendous finish in this race. If he had just pushed it a little bit he could have bee 3:39.0 here in my opinion

His 400m FS is faster than my 50m.
He could've dominated the 200 400 and 800 for 10 years if he was consistent. Sad that he retired
