I think the work and safety representative might want to have a serious word with how that cat is working at dangerous heights without any safety measures at all... That could lead to the employer being fined and forced to learn more about safety regulations and so on...
Well they can survive a fall from a 4 story roof pretty easily so cats fear of heights must be a lot less then us.
