  • I hope it's going to be better than the last album. Sabine is great, i really like her sing, but the instrumental feels a little off.

  • This is kinda disappointing honestly. I got into Deadlock cause they were like In Flames and Dark Tranquillity with a female singer and now it's djent/metalcore. I still think it's good, talented music but they were better as a melodic death band...especially with how overdone djent is.

    • I'm sorry, but this doesn't have a hint of metalcore in it. The solo and the Drum line should be enaugh to convince you. Also, the chorus and part of the solo is sorta symphonic influenced. This is a mixture of a lot of styles, as Deadlock usually does, the guitar line is a little bit djent-ish, but this definitely leans more towards rock than punk, as metalcore usually does.

    • Chris. This is Melodic Metal, Deadlock has always pretty much been Melodic Metal. Also: judging music on subtly different genres is dumb. git gud

    • Never said it was bad, I just don't like metalcore as much as melodeath. This sounds much more metalcore influenced than their old stuff so I don't like it quite as much. I listen to all kinds of music from brutal death to classical to rap so it's not like I'm being close-minded, it just doesn't appeal to me as much as Wolves does

    • Chris Conahay It has not a hint of metalcore, dude. what the fuck are u talking? '-' you probably don't know what metalcore is. :s

      @asscher10@asscher109 жыл бұрын
    • No apparently no one here knows metalcore. Screamimg is very core style and some of the riffs remind me of Like Moths to Flames early work or Dead Silence Hides My Cries. Believe me I hear the pure metal influence too but it's not as prevalent as it used to be.

      @chrisconahay1076@chrisconahay10769 жыл бұрын
  • Sabine is great as always, but the screamer has got to go, as well as the dumbed down djent nonsense implemented on the last album.
