One of the biggest things I’ve ever learnt from you is to put in the effort even if you may not like what your doing because it will lead to bigger and better things. I’ve been working a cleaning job that I love but I’ve just applied to a course which will be the start of my dream career.
The question is... How often do you listen to yourself... You were like the first people I started watching on KZhead (I'm a 60-year-old woman). You are always so inspirational with just little things and it is always a joy to watch you and your family grow. I'm not going to say I don't think you care anymore, I think you just gotten too busy for us. Just because you missed a couple of days does it feed you can't pick it back up. The blocks don't have to be spectacular, just say hi. You're beautiful You're one of a kind smile more... You and your family are amazing people. Remember that.
He definitely lost all interest in vlogging. These days I find them extremely boring! He only really does it when he has a brand deal to make money off of.

I listened. Was a socially anxious 13 year old when I first started watching. I'm now a 21 year old manager of a web development agency, and I am able to truly say that I've been through the rough of it. Your videos kept me sane through my growing up years.
Started watching your videos when I was a teenager and now I’m 24 years old. Like many who have grown up subscribed to you, your advice and guidance through the years has helped me out in more ways then I can attempt to list. In times I felt like your words resonated with someone else in my life who was struggling and needed to hear encouraging words, I sent them your videos to not only cheer them up with your positive and exciting content, but to also share your message at the end of each video. Sometimes I don’t know what to say in the moment to help myself or someone else but it’s comforting to know there are channels like yours to go to when life gets rough. In terms of how your channel has helped. When you opened up about being a hypochondriac, it gave me the comfort I needed at a really dark time in my life. So happy to have made it through that time feeling stronger than before while also knowing even If I have those feelings I need to just give myself that patience and understanding I needed all along. Been watching for years my son was little hes now 13 and I tell him what I heard from years ago what Noah said....do what you have you to do to do what you want to do. And I'm always telling him to be kind. He's the kid that sees a homeless vet or someone who is hungry and takes his own money and gives it to them. He has seen me do that his whole life even when we were flat broke. Very proud of the man that he is becoming at 13.
The quote Noah said is the one that stuck with me as well. You said it one time in a vlog a few years back and since then it’s literally been the way I do stuff. Through out High School and College and just life I kept that quote to get me up to do things. “Do what you gotta do so you can do what you want to do.” Been in my head since that vlog, Thank you so much for that quote!

That single quote helped get me through nursing school, and as of June 28th I am officially a RN! I always thought that was the dream, but now I’ve realize just how much I’m capable of. Heading back to school to go for a doctorate degree to become a nurse practitioner!
Been here since i was 20 years old and just turned 30 less than 2 weeks ago. Youre videos have helped me so much. I felt like i was stuck in the city i was in just living in a loop so i finally decided to move and now i have the best job ive ever had and i am beginning to enjoy life again. Roman, I've listened. I've been an avid viewer since 2014. I think it was during a trip to the Bahamas that I started watching and I've been watching ever since. To be honest, when I started watching, I was not in a great space. I was struggling my way through middle school and really didn't have a lot of friends or hobbies. But I listened to you. Day after day, year after year. I grinded it out and kept looking forward. I listened every day as you told me that I was beautiful and one of a kind. Today, I'm still fighting and grinding. I'm now 22 years old and halfway through law school and living in Washington DC. I have so many goals that sometimes it can be overwhelming, but I still have to work to achieve the small steps. Today's video was particularly helpful as I am finishing my finals. Special thanks to Cora's words because I am definitely at a point where I'm just trying my best. But thanks Roman. I have been listening and will continue to listen because I, like everyone else, need to be pushed and motivated to keep grinding so that I can get to where I want to be.
Honestly, I think a lot of people that has stayed with you guys and they’ve come back to watch your videos and vlogs will definitely agree the motivation Sunday inspiration Sunday needs to like happen maybe if it’s not Sunday but every week I think even if just you guys talk about your experience or something for us or at least for me will really help. You have inspired me by keeping going everyday Roman. I have struggled with tumors for the past 10 years. It is hard not only physically but mentally but I keep giving my 100 to stay alive for my children and hopefully one day be pain free. Side note I always love watching the kids play and hang out it is too cute.

Roman I’m at the part where you’re asking who is actually taking your advice and I have to say I have been subconsciously for years. Everything that happens I know tomorrow will be a better day and as long as I smile more than everything will be okay. Your positivity has inspired me to be a positive outlook for other people. Appreciate the beauty of life, appreciate the ones you love. Be courageous, do what you can for other people because you never know what they are going through. One act of kindness could change the hope someone lost for life, could change their day for the better. Do something nice for a friend, even if it just going on an outdoor walk, or lunch and check in on the ones you don’t really talk to anymore.

How you and your family have helped me is y’all have inspired me to find out what truly makes me smile more and help others in the process. Life is too short to not enjoy every minute of it and to help others do the same. I actually have become a recovery coach and peer advocate so I help people with their recovery from addiction. I took my struggle and made it a strength with Gods help and following him and jumping in with both feet. A quote that I created that I love and that has motivated me is, “fall in love with the potential.” And I feel like y’all embody that.

i remember when you would constantly tell us to just go for our goal and not procrastinate. since then i’ve been trying my best to pursue my music career. i learned a lot of things since and i’m still growing. this was the first year i came out with a music video and i couldn’t have done it without your advice and motivation. you’re videos are what made me believe in my dream while everyone and my family thought of it as a delusion. love y’all ❤

One of your pieces of advice I use almost on a daily basis is "fighting the resistance." When you get up and it seems everything is fighting you just keep pushing and it always works out. It's helped me so much. My main issue right now is I need to set goals. Being too comfortable with a mediocre lifestyle has its drawbacks.

Roman, when I was in high school, you motivated me so much to the point I started vlogging and making KZhead videos. I built a small fan club at my high school, and a huge hater club, but with you as my inspiration, I was able to focus on the good, and the passion and kept going. So much that now I’ve been traveling doing video work, meeting people all around the country, and have been writing a book, that’s coming out this year!

I was working in a factory for 2 years right out of high school and I hated every minute of it. You helped me realize that life is short you gotta make the most out of it. I've actually listened to you Roman and it's the reason I've been a sub since the beginning. I was living my dream as a professional golfer til a back surgery gone wrong took all my dreams away without me having a say. This past summer, and after 7 spine surgeries, I played golf for the first time in a few years. I WILL get back to where I was no matter how long it takes or how painful it is.

You inspire me to keep going with nursing school. Nursing is something I’m so passionate about but it’s the hardest thing I’ve done. Seeing these daily videos again make me so happy. I love your families positivity
The daily vlogs mean another daily comment. I have always listen to your inspirational words and positivity and it has helped me so so much. I went from failing school being predicted terrible grades to passing every topic and from there I was able to get an apprenticeship in engineering and I kept that positive attitude and absolutely smashed and got top grades and because of that I was offered a degree apprenticeship that I’m currently doing to become a manufacturer engineer. Please keep spreading your love it seriously helps so thank you ❤smile more❤

Bro Roman is like almost 40 and he is probably overly busy trying to help Noah plus he probably has a hard time recording considering he had people take his whole life away for like a year and finally got through everything in 2020 so

Hello Roman I started watching when I was 5 almost 6 in 2015, now I’m 14 and still continue to watch your amazing videos, it’s crazy how much your kids have grown. Keep up the amazing work.
My mentality has always been, “if I don’t, who will?” It’s helped me a lot over the years to make myself more accountable, and to not get frustrated with other people over things that seem like the obvious to me but might not be for them.
The 30 day challenge was a bit much I take it. It's okay lol. We completely understand. You have a busy life. I have no idea how you did it for so long.
