This was a great mix. Been doing your workouts over 3 years and always glad of the variety. Not been feeling weights in last few months and have focused on Tabata and body weight HIIT so this was a great balance 😊

I love these You vs You HIITs Anna! I won’t be able to do this one for a while as the surgery on right eye is end of May and I can’t chance more bleeds next to retina. But I’ll do this sometime in later June when my retina isn’t at risk. I will do an All Standing You vs You (which is « mostly » All Standing) today. I currently should not to any WalkOuts, Mountain Climbers, Downward Dog, Planks, Burpees (definitely not), etc. where head faces down to mat… Thanks for all that you do Anna! And I’m enjoying the calendar as always… I simply find truly all Head Up From Facing Mat… When it’s a Leg workout, I find one which won’t put my retina at risk, when it’s Cardio, I make sure it’s no « head down » or find one I’m permitted to do, etc. I’m able to do all of your workouts, just not always a good idea with the upcoming vitrectomy. But we all do what is safe for our bodies don’t we? ❤❤❤
