  • Cool! Nice job! I’m new to the epoxy world and I’ve done a few projects however the epoxy I’m using says 7 days to cure! Is there a better epoxy to use for thin pours?

  • Hi really cool. I have a suggestion tho. When you get to the point of routing the blanks down to the finished thickness instead of routing it off why not resaw it right down the middle so you have 2 blanks from 1? Or make them much thicker and resaw as many as you can from one block.

    • John, it’s actually a soap mold I purchased at my local hobby store. Made from HDPE.

  • :)) why don’t you just slice it rather than using drill, that is better way then you can slice more sheet to make cases
