  • Good job, but the Castle Joint, as the ones at the foot of the bed are called, need not be fully glued to enable the bed to be dis-assembled so that it can be moved.

  • Looks awesome, you farted sanding the head board pegs! Lol.. You cheapen the bed using brad nailer could of used dark wooden pegs or dowels to fasten it I know it buried

  • Super. My only question is, by using the glue, you will not be able to disassemble the bed. I would have just used the screws and not the glue. Thoughts?

  • How do you take it apart when you need to move it. I could understand glue and screws on the beams, but not where they connect.

  • Nice joinery. I've used complex methods before on bed frame construction. But never glue joints meant be disassembled. How is this bed frame transportable?

  • Buen día ! Pienso que las patas están muy al borde. Muy desagradable porque uno se golpéa mucho los pies al pasar o al hacer la limpieza. Sería interesante que las patas queden hacia el interior de la cama. Buen trabajo ! Gracias !

As another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us don’t have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we won’t be able to practise the full stack project, is still great.

  • I think I would have used dovetail joints on the corner posts instead of what he used. It wouldn't have to be screwed together to keep it tight. If it did loosen up put a tapered shim in the gap.
