    • @@annasarie8554 Where do you live?? I'm sure there are hairstylists close to you who actually do color as shown. You're bound to find somebody who can do this it's 2 processes. First of all you must bleach the hair and depending on the desired lightness is the length of time you must process. Then you must apply your color and process it for 45 minutes then rinse it out until the water runs clear and shampoo with color treated shampoo and conditioner. The reason for the conditioner is to bring the hair's PH back to 4.5-5.5 colors PH is 7.0 and you can't leave the hair's that high.
