I'm kind of a bit sad with some of the ultimates. I feel like an ultimate should be really dramatic and should look amazing. However, some of these just look like a mini cinematic combo.
It is a 4 player game so they don't want to stop the fighting by having a 1 year long animation where 2 players rae just out of the game but I agree, If they are short then they should look extra good

I’ll admit some of these do look pretty nice, but I still think they should’ve had cyber connect make cursed clash. They would’ve made the ultimates look like they came straight out of the anime. Some of the supers here feel like they forgot to add the last part
I’m same tbh, I bought the game for the fact of being a big Jjk fan. I’ll agree with everyone that yeah it could be 100 times better and cheaper BUT. As a true JJK Fan I’m just happy to be able to have a game on the anime and be able to play as many of the characters and bring abit of the joy of the anime into every day why waiting for the new season ! Fair enough could be loads better but rather be able to play a playable JJK Game then not have one at all.

I feel like Megumi's ult would've been an automatic S tier if it had the close up shot of his shaded crazy face. Not the crazy laugh before the domain expansion, but the face where everything but his eye is shaded while in the domain.

Idk if this game has taunts or not, but if they don't they should. Here are some examples. Gojo: saying you're weak Sukuna: going his shit eating grin or him saying stand proud Yuji and Todo doing the pose they did against Hanami And my personal favorite having Megumi doing the sacred treasure pose only for him to cancel it.
All for taunts. However better examples would have sufficed. None of these are any good, and unfortunately JJK itself isn't really known for its taunts mid fights. Shows not everyone has the best ideas, but hey, you get an A for effort.
Sukuna should lift you up from the ground and put you back on your feet, while encouraging you to try harder

I honestly think a cool idea would have been making domain clashes a thing So if one person opens a domain and then another person does inside that domain The 2 people go into a a button clash in a set amount of time where neither player locked in the domain clash can move And if they get hit the instantly lose the clash Taking away their domain and allowing the other to take effect

think of it as a version of a real- life isekai: one day go to school as yourself, next day "teleport" yourself to an anime version of your school as your "isekai reincarnation". i see a lot of ppl getting a kick outta this, helpful for some, a little problematic for others depending on "how" their avatar should look.
After Gojo's DE his Reversal red gets a faster charge time as well

It's clear the jjk team loves fighting games with all the smash references and how every character kinda works like a videogame archetype so seeing them get the classic anime arena fighter treatment is... unfortunate.
