same i always have discord open as a tab on my computer, so it confuses me every time. I was also expecting a message this evening so i was even weirder that i "didn't see a notification" on the app lol
Idea: make a raycast for the monster, and if the player/ any dummy is spotted in the cast, change his speed to be faster, but he can be outsmarted. Like if you far away, he will dash fast toward you. But if you juke him by dodging, he will get confused and will not move for 10 seconds, allowing you to run
harder than it sounds

Lore: After you drive back from a City, you find an abandoned mansion that is in the middle of an island. You decide to enter it and the door shuts and you are locked in there. You have to find 10 Orbs to escape. One problem, there is a gremlin chasing after you every second.

increase the humanoid hip height instead of moving HumanoidRootPart down. Also , you can overwrite an animation instead of publishing a new one . It will save time as u dont have to change id and it will make ur toolbox neater
Make his footsteps the mr krabs footsteps sound effect. also, make sure you turn on do not disturb on discord before you start recording, because we can hear your discord pings
quick idea: make another box for the jumpscare where it just looks like 3 periods and make the actual jumpscare happen at a random time between 1 second and 3.5 seconds (kinda like the doors rush jumpscare, you never expect it because it happens randomly
you can click the two paper-looking things, next to the animation id, when you export ur animations to copy them from within studio

Idea: You should add a sprint feature and a stamina bar for it. Make it in a forest and keep it as night (obviously) And foggy. Don't forget a flashlight

you should have made him do the jumpscare animation manually after killing you instead of making a box for it, andI suggest making a raycasting for him so he only runs towards the player when he sees them.

Making a "Jumpscare" remoteevent is vulnreable to exploiters. Reccomend for you to patch it.

you should keep the HumanoidRootPart where the character's torso is but in the humanoid, change the hip height. do this so he can't go through places that are small just because his root part is low.

If your making a horror game i would advise using future lighting instead of using shadow-map, using future has a more accurate lighting especially if you have a flashlight tool. If you don't know how to change your lighting, Go to lighting then change Technology to future.

If I ever need a challenge in studios, it's gonna be trying to use it without ANY glitches happening, Lighting, materials, distorting textures, yeah. This has caused my game 7 delays in 2 weeks so far, I refuse to leave any gaps that are not supposed to be there, or imperfections, as distorting textures is a huge issue, and currently the only one. besides materials sometimes. I had to make a new game, and bring everything over to it because playing it would get crash (I have not used any Free Models for any of my games). Roblox Studios has me considering making a Roblox Game Remaster by the way, on Unity, or something. The glitches that are happening too me is annoying as hell. I just spent 2 hours trying to fix a single problem with textures, but when I brought the pyramid into a new game, the textures magically fixed itself, so I brought the "new pyramid" back, and textures told me "nah, textures don't work here". I am most likely gonna be forced to move over games just because of Roblox Studios glitching addiction. I am yet to see this to happen to anyone else really, I have seen lighting problems, nothing else. Annoying.
I have a graphic problem in Roblox when I'm playing it (not run) So it's basically the permanently graphics 1 (I tried to make it to 10 but it didn't change it) And it deletes things that are distant/far than me (same like the terrain) This bug is annoying
