@@jonathanwatson4859 from my research they are equivalent to the 75th ranger training course, you have to run I think 2 miles under 15 minutes, swim 200 meters in 7 minutes, have climb 8 flight of stairs in 50lbs gear and 35lbs ram in 60 seconds, 50 push ups 60 sit ups and 12 pull ups Have fun dying

Matt was obviously the explosive strength type, hence winning the sprint. I bet he can beat Ken in max-lifting all around. Ken got that endurance, so he destroyed the other two courses. GJ both!

It kind of explains that Ken has been through special operations training and Matt is in the marines. I am by no means underestimating any unit or branch but I’m saying if Matt was special ops he most likely wouldn’t have all that muscle on him

Before I watch, I reckon the SWAT officer has this in the bag. They train day in, day out and actually employ their skillset on a regular basis on top of training. Most Military personnel are not being deployed and post boot training is something that is heavily dependent on leadership. Both these guys clearly work hard and are absolute Titans.

Awesome vids, first off. But I'd like to throw in a suggestion. Two of those challenges are endurance based, and one is an explosive challenge (the dash). this gives endurance performant athletes an advantage. Throw in another explosive challenge to make it well balanced. But overall, I love these.

Matt has more balance( center of gravity) due to his built. I remember climbing stairs onboard a ship, and Navy Seals in from of me were about 5'5".
Height isn't some decisive factor, just look at a few of the most famous seals Chris Kyle(6-2') and Marcus Luttrell (6-5') Goggins (6-2').. Being short or tall both have advantages depending how you use them; but it's all bout the fight in the dog, not the dog in the fight
