  • Wow!! The overhead pic you displayed at the end of the video makes it look like a beautiful surf wave. Love your work, as always. Quick question...did you prep the wood or seal it at all before putting down resin? Apologies if you mentioned it during the video....I missed it Also.... will you be putting a flood coat on?

    @morganyoung1402@morganyoung14023 жыл бұрын
    • Thanks. It is funny how the colors work. The video the day before this was released was using the same colors. Funny how there is 2 completely different results. No, I didn't seal the wood as it was already sealed. No worries on the questions. Ask away. Yes, I will put a flood coat on this because there is always a chance someone could use this to serve food on and the resin looses it's food safety when you introduce color. Fix that with a clear flood coat.

    @deborahol@deborahol Жыл бұрын
    • Thanks so much. The cells come from reaction of different pastes to each other. One brand in particular will react when another brand goes over top of them in a thin layer. This brand is Color Passion. I get all my colorants that I use in resin from www.artisttilldeath.com Use code "howdy" for extra off.

    @cherylauditor4286@cherylauditor42862 жыл бұрын
    • Thanks. Yes, I do put a flood coat on top. No because acrylics are water based and water and resin don’t react well. I used colors formulated for resin. I get all my resin colors from artist tilldeath.com use code "howdy" for additional off.
