  • Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

  • I play volleyball a lot, and in some practices we do like 2 hours of setting exercises and my shoulders get really stiff. Those last stretches are so good, relieved my pain by 90%. Thank you!

  • Wow, it's scary how not flexible I am compared to you. I can't even move 20% of the distance your legs moved without it feeling literally impossible. But I must do this more often because it hurts to sit while kneeling and I work on my kneels most of the day.

  • Im convinced these stretch gals dont take in consideration for the thick girlies trying to lose weight and are sore from working out. Ive clicked on 3 different videos and am disappointed with all of them. Some of the stretch positions are difficult for me to do??? I have thick thighs. Im not super skinny. Its hard to wrap my hands together and hold my leg. . . Guess ima just stick to the basic stretches they taught us in gym class 🫡
