"no you arrogant petty little pony."
Best line ever!!!!!
She's a proud graduate of the Granny Weatherwax school of witchin and such.
Holy SHIT. I listened to this entire season in a single night. Fucking. Incredible.
LOL!!!
I just introduced my two friends to it yesterday and they did the whole first season in one day. It's such a great thing.
Why aren't more people listening to this podcast?
I think nobody's really heard about it. I never knew it existed until a few days ago, so be sure to spread the word!
@@-Samus-Aran- Welcome, Family
I just found this and it's awesome
It is listened to on other apps. KZhead isnt the first place most go to hear podcasts. Definitely deserves a large audience
She's a Celt through and through!
I love her so much!
This is the absolute best podcast I've ever listened to and I've listened to so many that I can't remember them all. I feel like I did as young boy listening to my Great Grandfather tell the stories of his 50+ years of being the Chief of Police in my hometown. Now I'm listening to those kind of stories again, except I'm the fingers are swollen with arthritis and it's my little ones running around and laughing. They would rather play with a phone instead of listening, but that's OK. I send to y'all. Y'all are simply the best around. Stay with your roots and y'all will prevail no doubt!
I have loved every minute of season 1. I got my kiddo hooked. They've always loved the macabre and this has been a nice way for us to spend time being creepy as a family.
Old, and dark, and powerful... And arrogant :-)
Holy shit!!!! This episode was amazing!!! I literally listened to this all (S1) in one evening/til 4am lol...I smiled and yelled "Yeesss bitchhhhh!!! Git 'em!!!" at the end! Ha! This is awesome. I ❤ it and O.G of A so much 😘 goin into season II in 3...2...1! Hells yeah. 💙❤💜
I'm so glad this is on KZhead too! I've been listening to it all day at work on spotty, but at home I prefer KZhead. I love this so much, I can't even tell you how long I've been needing something exactly like this. I feel connected to my home again through these tales.
Now I know where I get my sass. Woods blood.
I just discovered you guys and have binge listened all evening through a long power outage. Black dark, in the Ozarks, listening to ghost stories. Good stuff.
So it p__d her off & she ripped the crown off it!? I love these stories.
I have listened to this full season 3 times now and still cannot get enough! Can't wait to buy some merchants.
"Merchandise"
Merchants aren't cheap
Y’all really know when to nail the turning point of horror this season. Always on the edge of my seat wondering what horrors await at the end of the building dread and y’all almost always got me wanting to scoot away from the phone every episode lol Fantastic job, I’m gonna keep listening
Just found this. Feeds my soul! Thank you!!!
I legit swore you out when that outro music started because I promised myself I'd put down my knitting and go to bed when the season ended.
WOOOOOOOOOWWWWW. I'm speechless.
Found this podcast through an instagram comment and listened to season 1 back to back in one sitting. Incredibly well done, I don’t think I’ve ever been so captured by a podcast. Sending all the love for this incredible work❤
You can feel it in your soul..and see it in your mind..absolute best
From one sponsor to another, praise.
Oh how I love a well crafted story dripping magic .
That was.. Interesting. My mom was from South Fork. It was known as No Business back then.
I really enjoyed listening to this series it was just what the doctor ordered. The music warms my being.
wow, that is the spirit of Tiffany Wee but much.. much darker... great job!
Every episode gets better! I’m enthralled. Thank you for this!!!
This storyline is... Amazing.
As always, witches can kill, can curse and maim. But pay their dues thrice and this is just what our witch queen did. Not that it didn't suit her, but I love how the last straw was hurting those who had been kind to her.
Welcome, new listener. You’ll find that is absolutely not the case in this show.
@@OldGodsofAppalachia I can only take that because there's teo more seasons. Don't do that to me at the end of the third, though!
@@marianonicolasromero6974 Those seasons are already written, fam. We can’t go back and change them, and in any case, we write what we choose.
@@OldGodsofAppalachia no no, sorry. I meant don't tell me those juicy hooks in comments at the end of the third, without a new temp to listen to! Having to wait is torture jajaja
@@marianonicolasromero6974 I'm afraid you're going to have a bad time with this show, family. We love our cliffhangers.
Good stuff
MORE!!!
As I listened to this first season, it takes me back to when i was a kid and my Aunts would tell these stories of what all weird sounds and noises theyd hear down by the creak. They didnt usually tell their ghost stories as much as they did their funny stories of how Papaw messed with the chickens to keep from coming into the house. Well done though, in some parts I could almost hear my late aunt tell her stories.
I could not be more impressed! Thank you!❤
This is FUCKING COOL!
Just found you guys, absolutely love it.
This needs to be a well made show or movie so badly. Well made horror like this with the STRONG atmosphere and dread and great creatures, but also with great and strong characters is so rare. I want more.
There are currently 54 publicly available episodes and additional storylines on our Patreon, and we have no plans to end the show anytime soon.
@@OldGodsofAppalachia oh I plan to listen to the rest, I'm trying not to binge it too quickly. I'm sure you don't want to sell the rights to this as a show too lightly and see it ruined, but I would love to see the right talent adopt these stories to the screen.
I would love to see a Guillermo Del Toro series of this .
Gary?! Was not expecting an overlap between OGOA and KF but here we are lmfao
Just started this and it's amazing. I've recommended it to all of my friends.
Amazing, keep up the great work.
Following yall on Amazon Music
