I think I'd add a flip up counter for a coffee bar by the dinette since countertops are inevitably so limited, but like you say, very hard to do much more without making it much longer. Pretty impressive, could certainly make it work, and o bet the manufacturers come up with even more new ideas.
Love the blue lights. Maybe try "also" in different areas where you use the term "as well"

We have a forest river 2018 with 2 queen bedrooms only one bathroom. Very similar to this unit has a sliding glass door. We love ours it is 39 foot long.
I think this is the first stick and tin trailer that you have review on your channel you should do more of them cuz some of them pack a punch for there price point

The room you like, the toilet looks so close to the bed. Yep you can have that one! 😄
Secondary bathroom is the one in the front I'd say the back would be the main bed and bathroom other than the bed size. I'm with you though when it comes to the bedroom I'd prefer
I'd switch the sofa and table, and have 2 recliners, so one could watch TV. The table set could also be chairs that have arms/foot rest, and stow away table for more TV watching comfort. 12 year 5th wheel owner speaking.

Finally 2 bathrooms and extra exit door as a bonus. Like the sliding mirrored doors in main bedroom. Would forgo better finishes which other models may have, to gain that extra bathroom and private bedroom all for a good price.
Spartan had 2 bedrooms in the 60s.!!😉
I don’t know why RV manufacturers put an extra sliding door leading into the bedroom. It makes the sink small with very little countertop space and takes away from shower size. Not a fan of radius showers. Have one in my travel trailer and can’t wait to upgrade to a 5th wheel! I guess that would be the main bedroom. I just think the main bathroom is a fail.

Units like this are popular it allows you to be able to rent out a room
With it being wood and aluminum, will water get in it and will it get super hot in the texas summer heat?

uggg, I had hopes for this one. Then bam... nope. It's so cheaply built it's not going to last very long. Also the middle layout could have been much better even with the limited space.

My house was $285,000. If i had land this $50,000 trailer/house would save me some serious money
50,000 because it won't last very long.... Lol. I paid almost that for a similar model from Crossroads and it was a 2023...
They should have removed the dinette and made it one big party couch.
The finishes look low quality. That screw in the ceiling of the first shower looks like I’d hit my head on it. 😮
