Hi Chris Barney probably needs a few new diaphragms, the park brake is probably activated by releasing the air from the brake chambers allowing the springs to hold them on and when you release the park brake the air pressure compresses the springs holding the brakes off.

Chris, you can add a 2nd air tank on the A25c to help you not run out of air so quickly, a 20 gallon air compressor tank and some pressure rated hose and a few fittings would have it working pretty fast.

Great job as usual. But if I were the owner of the property there is one thing I'd do before the fertilizing and seeding. Especially since horses will be on the pasture. I'd run a chain harrow with a collection cleat at the end of it to collect all of those loose surface rocks. Now would be the perfect time to do it. That could help cut down on Vet bills and hoof bruising and mower blades once the grass is in full swing grow mode. In my past experience if I had a 10 acre pasture with 1 fist size rock out there my horse would find it and then I'd be calling the Vet and Farrier.
