This is NOT the world record. This was a speedrun attempt with having 3.7hrs of playtime on the game,according to Steam. I see a lot of people giving me advice on strategies on saving time to beat the game faster. I didn’t expect the video to do this well,if I should try again to get a faster time let me know. ❤

Well, technically, the player didn't escape, because at the end, it turns out that they're in level 94 "The Animated Kingdom". So, they're still not out yet. Then again, imagine having a dream about The Backrooms while at the same time BEING in The Backrooms itself. Unless the player clipped into The Backrooms after the dream. That makes more sense.

In the first room with all the faces you can just book it straight to the left room where the ladder is when you spawn. I was trying to do it with a couple friends but it was really glitchy and kept killing us for no reason so we cheesed it

If it was, why wouldn't this very speedrun be the new world record? The three hours was the playtime that he said he had on the game, which means that the world record time is, in fact, quicker than this.

Speedrun path in actual backrooms by wiki canon:if u nocliped to the backrooms into Level 0, u need to find The Manila Room, after finding The Manila Room. After entering the Manila Room, sit in it for any time between 10 seconds to 30 seconds, then stand up and leave the manila room. Go straight until any wall from Level 0 is in front of you, then after doing that, punch the wall 3 times with any hand, even combined. After that, the wall will open up and you will have to go inside the dark tunnel. The entrance will seal behind you. Upon sealing, the next time you blink, you will appear in level 7191. Then go to path 3 in this level, In Path 3, after 750 Meters from the starter point in Level 7191 you will find a door that will lead inside a seemingly black square, enter it to be brought to level 561. Then in level 561 choose Door 1, this door is the left most door and it will lead you to Level 3999. It is separated by a long, dark, hallway that you cannot see the end of, when you cant see the door, you will go into a freefall and then land on the ground of the black void. Next thing you know, you will be in Level 3999. Then you need to Completing your tasks(completing all tasks on list will took from 4 minutes to 12 years, so u need to be lucky) and walking through the glass doors will send you to The Frontrooms. Result:you will get to the Frontrooms without seeing by any entity except some tasks of level 3999, and u will get to The Frontrooms in 4 levels(except levels where u need to do tasks to escape from Backrooms).

Well, technically, the player didn't escape, because at the end, it turns out that they're in level 94 "The Animated Kingdom". So, they're still not out yet. Then again, imagine having a dream about The Backrooms while at the same time BEING in The Backrooms itself. Unless the player clipped into The Backrooms after the dream. That makes more sense.

In the first room with all the faces you can just book it straight to the left room where the ladder is when you spawn. I was trying to do it with a couple friends but it was really glitchy and kept killing us for no reason so we cheesed it

Speedrun path in actual backrooms by wiki canon:if u nocliped to the backrooms into Level 0, u need to find The Manila Room, after finding The Manila Room. After entering the Manila Room, sit in it for any time between 10 seconds to 30 seconds, then stand up and leave the manila room. Go straight until any wall from Level 0 is in front of you, then after doing that, punch the wall 3 times with any hand, even combined. After that, the wall will open up and you will have to go inside the dark tunnel. The entrance will seal behind you. Upon sealing, the next time you blink, you will appear in level 7191. Then go to path 3 in this level, In Path 3, after 750 Meters from the starter point in Level 7191 you will find a door that will lead inside a seemingly black square, enter it to be brought to level 561. Then in level 561 choose Door 1, this door is the left most door and it will lead you to Level 3999. It is separated by a long, dark, hallway that you cannot see the end of, when you cant see the door, you will go into a freefall and then land on the ground of the black void. Next thing you know, you will be in Level 3999. Then you need to Completing your tasks(completing all tasks on list will took from 4 minutes to 12 years, so u need to be lucky) and walking through the glass doors will send you to The Frontrooms. Result:you will get to the Frontrooms without seeing by any entity except some tasks of level 3999, and u will get to The Frontrooms in 4 levels(except levels where u need to do tasks to escape from Backrooms).
