That's a nice finish product. I used to turn out 5 foundations every 4 days ( footings, walls and floors). I could only accomplish that with good excavation. Jeremy I would love to work on your projects. Professional job. Nice to see. Thanks for the video.

You have topsoil down two feet, we have clay from surface to as deep as we dig. Your in a river and I am in a field where 100 years ago they scraped all the top soil into terraces. What I would give for nice deep furtile soil. Nice work like always. Hope the allergies go away soon. Also hope the 080 is all fixed and home safe.

Looks really nice!! Hopefully you’ll get your voice back soon! Seems to me that the work you’re doing is absolutely crucial to the success of the foundation and the concrete not cracking. Great job! Thanks for sharing your videos

Well, happy allergy season Jeramy! The Great Nortwest is a wonderful place, but not so much for allergy suffers this time of year. My shiny new machine is covered with green pollen (from my cedars, I think). Makes me wornder if the cotton wood cotton can't be too far ahead? 🙂 Sorry for your malady, but lots of folks here in the same drippy boat as you, which is probably not much consolation for you. On the positive side, the weather has really been nice for a couple days, no? Anyway, thanks for today's laser tip, all part of thinking ahead and/or learning from making mistakes in the past. I think you you only use the laser to verify what you already knew before you left the seat of your cab! 🙂 Must be nice. Good job, as usual Jeramy! Thanks for sharing......Cheers, T

I admire the way you can do grading with the excavator. However, most people use compact track loaders for spreading gravel, top soil and such. Why do you choose to use the excavator? Thanks.

For one, I don't have a track loader. I have ran them, and they are nice, but I get along better with the excavator. I also don't have to twist around as much as a loader. Just my preference. Thank you for watching, and have a wonderful weekend 😀

Hi!! I’m new to your channel and this has probably been asked before that I didn’t see but would like to know why you prefer steel tracks over rubber tracks on your KXO 40? (genuinely asking)

Yes, that is probably my most asked question. They last much longer. I have gotten over 5000hrs hours of a set on one of my 121's. They get better traction, give better stability from the added weight, they give better flotation because they are wider and they don't kick off nearly as easy. Hopefully, this answers your question. Thank you very much for watching, and have a wonderful weekend 😀

I use the Pro Shot, I have had very good luck with them. They are a little basic but for me they have been very reliable.
