@@eshahabib9725 well, i usually just did a few little things like misplacing her stuff when she wasnt looking or sneaking into her lunch box and dumping hand sanitizer all over her food, however i do remember one time i embarrassed her in front of my entire class and her colleague. She had been the usual bitch that she was, nitpicking over every little thing i did while ignoring all the other students, and we had a TA (who also didnt care) in the room who was just sitting in a chair or something (can’t remember exactly it was a while ago). Anyways, the she was going on about how she knew a lot more than i did and “was i too stupid to follow basic directions” (it was a robotics class), after a while i had enough, so i waited for when she had to leave the room to get some computers and i decided to do a little “tinkering” with her demo robot. After a while she comes back and when we get to the part where we have to show how we programmed our robots to move through a mat maze (basically just a mat with lines on it the robot was supposed to scan and avoid), she decided to loudly announce “Well, this is what your root *should* be able to do if you actually paid attention and followed directions” while looking at me, and then she started her robot.... or at least... tried to. The robot started up and immediately zoomed off and crashed into a display where the previous class winner robots had been stored, some of the bots fell down and got wrecked, and our teacher just stood there red in the face while everyone laughed at her. To everyone venting their childhood trauma here, just remember that the cycle can stop with you. My mother was horrible with her punishments and instead of keeping that negative mental health mindset she has I got help from many councilors and I do not treat my kids as she did. I lecture and try to use self awareness and questioning our own behavior because we should as it's nicer to live in a kind safe environment, we should not be nice to each other because we are afraid of what will happen if we aren't. Some people think you have to slap or use physical punishment but for me it's traumatic. Here in India people hit their kids a lot and comedian people often joke about it but I hope it can change everywhere because really beatings don't do anything but terrorize kids. Anyway. I hope everybody is ok and I wish all the best 🙌🥰
@april48722 жыл бұрын
I disagree. Physical punishment can be really helpful. Now it becomes traumatic when done overboard like most things. I say this as a person on the receiving end of some beatings when I was little. My parents always explained to me why I was going to get an ass whopping and they always brought their game, but they never overdid it. Looking back at some of the shit I got myself into and got whopped for it, I truly appreciate it. Not really the whoppings but the effects of them. How it steered me away from some destructive habits/behaviours, and how it forced me to pick up ones that help my career even to today.

My mom used to hit us with different objects, belts, brushes, and mostly her hand, I thought that was normal and even healthy. For awhile my mom was in rehab for drug use and I had to raise my little brother, I hit him a lot and I struggle to not hit him when he does something bad (or mothering him in general) This also can affect a child my sister disregards rules because she moved in with my grandparents when she was about 12. My grandparents never hit her like my mom and so she stoped following rules due to the fact she was used to being hit from the age of 3-12. I on the other hand haven’t been hit as much because I’m a very anxious person and very careful. I saw my sister get hit so I always apologized for everything and I’m quite paranoid because of how my mom would treat my sister so I always act as perfect as possible. Anyways, the she was going on about how she knew a lot more than i did and “was i too stupid to follow basic directions” (it was a robotics class), after a while i had enough, so i waited for when she had to leave the room to get some computers and i decided to do a little “tinkering” with her demo robot. After a while she comes back and when we get to the part where we have to show how we programmed our robots to move through a mat maze (basically just a mat with lines on it the robot was supposed to scan and avoid), she decided to loudly announce “Well, this is what your root *should* be able to do if you actually paid attention and followed directions” while looking at me, and then she started her robot.... or at least... tried to. No . Indian people don’t get angry
From the African Home Disciplinary Committee. 1️⃣ Never run away from a beating! Where would you sleep? 2️⃣ Never scream when being beaten; African mom's will beat you till you can't cry 3️⃣ If a neighbor whoops your ass never report to your family, chances are you will get a second whooping 4️⃣ When your mother threatens to tell your father apologize immediately 5️⃣ You NEVER HIT BACK or else funeral arrangements will be made the next day 6️⃣ Always have a favorite uncle/ aunt who will bail you out ... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am writing this for my future children 🐱 um yet to whoop ass just like my mom whooped me. @@michellefreeman5700 Are you referring to the U.S.? If so yes, if your child is removed from the home. It is a very long difficult process to get custody of your children back. Depending on how serious the offense the parent could be sent to jail or prison and never get their child back. I'm curious to what the process is in her country.

The child protection is a double edged sword. Once the time passed and your saviour has forgotten your matter, you are not sure how and when to return back home.
To be honest 😂😂

Sometimes I preferred the beatings to the talking. They can talk/verbal abuse for 3 days straight and drive you mad
Eh!!! No be small thing ooo. I really preferred 100 strokes of cane to my mum's mouth

Same here! I preferred the beating! I couldn't stand the verbal abuse .
lmao right
This is very upsetting, I feel bad for anyone who had to go through this. It’s not normal.
It's a way of discipline amd pretty normal in my country lol
@@fia894 It may be 'normal' in some places, but it shouldn't be. This isn't right.
@@fia894 it is a way of discipline but still it’s very abusive there is stuff that are parent do or did that we thought were perfectly normal which aren’t actually normal. The way are parents treat us really effects how we are and hitting your children shows those negative emotions
@@Vrarqs you might have different opinions, but beating actually helped kr I'd be a brat right now, but it really depends on why your mom is beating you, beating you for simple things or little accidents is not right at all, but if your getting beaten because you made a huge mistake and your not admitting it at all, then you deserve to be beaten
@@fia894 I guess we have different opinions and it does vary on why you get beaten.
