My Dad passed away on Monday. This was his song. He loved hearing it. Battling parkinsons was hard for him, but he always was about his business and doing what je had to do. It took a turn for the worst last December. He went to the ER on Christmas day and stayed between the hospital and nursing home nursing home for 2 and a half months. As his digestive system was shutting down and we was getting nutrition via IV, we eventually decided to have him come home as he wanted. He loved his family, peace and his home. He couldn't drink or eat for those days at home. It was hard to see him decline so quickly. I would play this song and i remember his face light up and try to sing along though his voice was gone. The last time i played this song for him, he couldn't outwardly react anymore. It was hard to see that. But i believe he could still hear it at least. I prayed over him while holding his hand, my mom and sister. I went home and he died early the next morning. I miss him and miss his voice so much. Dad, you made it. The Lord says "well done" as i know Jesus was in your heart. You have your new body now and are no longer suffering. Thank you for being my great Dad.

I heard this song in a barbershop about 2-3 years ago. I don't typically listen to gospel music, but something about it spoke loudly to me. I played it repeatedly that day. A year ago, I had a stroke, which has so far been one of the lowest points of my life. I also lost my mother while I was in the hospital. I didn't think I would live and most things lacked purpose. I came across this song again while I lay in the hospital bed with no movement on my right side and altered speech. I think I listened to it repeatedly. I didn't realize it then, but I needed to hear it. I regained right side movement about three days later and with rehab, went from a walker to a cane. I still have a lot of work to be done, but I know that I can get it done now. It's amazing how some songs just have a power that we can't recognize until we hear them. Thank you to the original poster and all those who have fought through many of life's dark days. God is keeping you here for a reason. View it as a blessing. God bless.

I heard this song and can't listen to anything else rn. Dr sd I have lupus 27 years ago. And I asked the Dr how long could I live with this Lupus? He sd well, if this was 20 years ago maybe 10 yes. I was 25 and thought to myself well if 10 years is what I have then that's what I have. I've had kidney failure been on dialysis for 10 yrs and just got a transplant in 2019 and it's work mighty well. And I have seen so many of my friends leave this earth, and to those friends RIH!! But at the end of this day, I'm still here!! 🙏

Never drank, never did drugs, never smoked, but I am no saint. I did some things God has cried for. He definitely is not happy with, but I am still here. God kept me through it all. We have "ALL" fallen short of the glory of God. Man is sinful just by living. But He loves us and always has His hand extended for us to just reach out and touch Him and taste of His goodness. I turned my life over to him over 30 years ago and I am still moving in His will,. Thank God, He died for me. I will never deserve His love, but He loves me in spite of. Thank you, Lord, for never leaving me nor forsaking me. I love you, Lord. I pray His light shines in me and men can see His good works in me.

Happy Mother's Day to all Mothers I lost my mom 2001 The Lord knew her pain so he called her home every Mother's day my heart cries out n not only mother's day but every day. I wish I could have had more time with her I wasted so many years doing me I should have been treating her like the Queen she was. When I hear some women saying they haven't talk to their mom or they say we don't talk or they don't have a relationship or act like they don't care about their mom it hurt me to my heart. The love of a mom is a gift from God n he gave me the right mom I regret how I treated her now it to late so please to everyone who still have a mom u are so blessed ur mom is here love her, call her, hug her cause no one will ever know u or 💘 u the way a Mother does. My Dad passed away on Monday. This was his song. He loved hearing it. Battling parkinsons was hard for him, but he always was about his business and doing what je had to do. It took a turn for the worst last December. He went to the ER on Christmas day and stayed between the hospital and nursing home nursing home for 2 and a half months. As his digestive system was shutting down and we was getting nutrition via IV, we eventually decided to have him come home as he wanted. He loved his family, peace and his home. He couldn't drink or eat for those days at home. It was hard to see him decline so quickly. I would play this song and i remember his face light up and try to sing along though his voice was gone. The last time i played this song for him, he couldn't outwardly react anymore. It was hard to see that. But i believe he could still hear it at least. I prayed over him while holding his hand, my mom and sister. I went home and he died early the next morning. I miss him and miss his voice so much. Dad, you made it. The Lord says "well done" as i know Jesus was in your heart. You have your new body now and are no longer suffering. Thank you for being my great Dad.

I heard this song in a barbershop about 2-3 years ago. I don't typically listen to gospel music, but something about it spoke loudly to me. I played it repeatedly that day. A year ago, I had a stroke, which has so far been one of the lowest points of my life. I also lost my mother while I was in the hospital. I didn't think I would live and most things lacked purpose. I came across this song again while I lay in the hospital bed with no movement on my right side and altered speech. I think I listened to it repeatedly. I didn't realize it then, but I needed to hear it. I regained right side movement about three days later and with rehab, went from a walker to a cane. I still have a lot of work to be done, but I know that I can get it done now. It's amazing how some songs just have a power that we can't recognize until we hear them. Thank you to the original poster and all those who have fought through many of life's dark days. God is keeping you here for a reason. View it as a blessing. God bless.

I heard this song and can't listen to anything else rn. Dr sd I have lupus 27 years ago. And I asked the Dr how long could I live with this Lupus? He sd well, if this was 20 years ago maybe 10 yes. I was 25 and thought to myself well if 10 years is what I have then that's what I have. I've had kidney failure been on dialysis for 10 yrs and just got a transplant in 2019 and it's work mighty well. And I have seen so many of my friends leave this earth, and to those friends RIH!! I'm going through some things this year. It started with my son William dying on New Year's Day at 6:00 am. His heart was working at five percent. The doctors gave him six months or less. It's been going downhill since. But praise God I'm still here!

Never drank, never did drugs, never smoked, but I am no saint. I did some things God has cried for. He definitely is not happy with, but I am still here. God kept me through it all. We have "ALL" fallen short of the glory of God. Man is sinful just by living. But He loves us and always has His hand extended for us to just reach out and touch Him and taste of His goodness. I turned my life over to him over 30 years ago and I am still moving in His will,. Thank God, He died for me. I will never deserve His love, but He loves me in spite of. Happy Mother's Day to all Mothers I lost my mom 2001 The Lord knew her pain so he called her home every Mother's day my heart cries out n not only mother's day but every day. I wish I could have had more time with her I wasted so many years doing me I should have been treating her like the Queen she was. When I hear some women saying they haven't talk to their mom or they say we don't talk or they don't have a relationship or act like they don't care about their mom it hurt me to my heart. The love of a mom is a gift from God n he gave me the right mom I regret how I treated her now it to late so please to everyone who still have a mom u are so blessed ur mom is here love her, call her, hug her cause no one will ever know u or 💘 u the way a Mother does.
