I have a turtle who loves to join in for yoga though. He’s always there when my head’s close to the floor so he can be cuddled.

Relaxing for me, but not for my dog. My dog, Luna, is very high energy, but I've never seen her react to the tv before. Partway through the video she started barking and trying to climb up to the screen where Benji was laying. I think she knew it was a dog, but was freaked out because his head was off screen! She didn't calm down until I played another video with Benji entirely in the frame. Luna just needed to know that Benji was ok, and it gave me an excuse to watch an extra bedtime yoga video. Thanks for the always wonderful videos, Adriene!
Coming on my mat, my mind and body wasn't in its right place. But as Adriene began the practice my blood flow changed and I began to smile. Thanks Adriene for this Meditation practice, this is healing for me. You're such a blessing. Love always. Blessings to my yoga family. ❤❤

After doing Light Watkins’s series on FWFG - I now take his suggestion to sit comfortably in a chair with a comfy shawl over my shoulders and it has made all the difference. Formerly when I meditated I was often being drawn to my body discomforts - niggling back, cramping legs, etc. But now I just sit in my comfy chair. I am still able to sit up straight and follow Adriene’s guidance of sitting tall but my mind is not as distracted. This was an amazing practice. Thank-you Adriene and all your team. And thank-you to Light.

I’ve been feeling a bit unsettled and dysphoric all morning and found it hard to settle in to meditation but the next moment it was 10 minutes later and the problem I had been fretting over all morning I now had a solution to. Had I not take 10 minutes to just breath maybe that solution wouldn’t have occurred to me. Yoga is a wonderful tool ❤

Build day 11🎉 I needed this today, after waking up with a stiff neck this was the perfect practice, I didn't find complete stillness, however, I am so grateful for being able to sit somewhat still for a few minutes. Thank you, Adriene, for this meditation. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

Adriene, your voice with this music is such a relaxing combo for my brain.
I wasn't expecting to be able to sit crosslegged, but finally with the help of blanket and a pillow under my right leg the pain was more a slight pull of a muscle and I made it whole way through. It is since last February after I fell crosscountry skiing that I have been able to do that, I am happy💜 Beautiful day of Fall to all of you 🤗
