Being one of the most popular condominiums in the area, our client was convinced to make this their long term home and to create the kind of home that they have always dreamt of.
They made certain they got a unit that could fit their family of four and one that comes with a generous balcony to be able to sit outside in the evening.
The question is, why stinge on building your habitat that you call home, when you can afford a better living?

Beautiful transformation from an empty space into an elegant home. The change in colour palette and adding the false wall, kitchen table and desk really help to make the main room feel cozy and inviting.
5-10 years? That layout is good for 50 years! If the materials are real as described then with relative upkeep everything will remain timeless!
This, by far, is one of the BEST transformations I have seen for a compact space. EXCELLENTLY EXECUTED. 🎯🎯
i was shocked when i saw the before photos. the before pics had little furniture but it looked so much more cramped than the after pics. great job!
The carpentry for the living hall, doors, kitchen and rooms really elevates the ambience. Combining practicality with aesthetics, without over doing it and achieving an enduring hotel suite experience. Great work!

everybody knows people who live in places like the before. But the transformation is beyond crazy. Well done.
The before photos mirror those you will see for a gazillion condos in KL and Penang. Developers rarely care about anything other than price per square metre - it's left to the owners to bring their own style to the shell. Few of us have the budget for a full refit but I applaud this family for taking on the cost and inconvenience - bravo.
It’s crazy what you’ve done with such a small space. The condo only being 1100 sq ft is crazy because it looks so much more grand after the renovations. Great job !

Wondering if you could do an episode highlighting the use of accent/feature walls, the do's and don'ts. I've seen many rooms that are changed completely by having an amazing accent wall and furniture/pieces designed to highlight it. I want to do something similar in the townhouse I just purchased, but have no design background so any advice would be appreciated!

"The value in terms of turning the unit to be livable rather than just turning it aesthetically pleasing." Amen to this, far more important to have a home feel like a home rather than a cold, design space.
I've known so many girls in college that design their apartment like it's a chic luxury hotel lobby. pleasing and warm upon entry but too cold to stay and enjoy. Just like how fastfood uses bright colors to seem inviting but then strain your eyes about 15 minutes later.
