    • Well said. My ex-wife cheated on me when my daughter was three and I filed for divorce within a week. I was able to get custody and she had to pay child support, or was supposed to. I didn't want my child to grow up in a divorced family as I did, so a year later her mother and I tried working things out and re-married in about 6 years. This was the worst mistake I ever made. I supported her as she jumped from job to job. I encouraged her to stick with one that would have been a great option for a career even though she wanted to quit. She finally got the promotion and was doing well. So well, that she decided she no longer needed me and filed for divorce. This time is was more of a mess, but I still was able to get custody of my daughter, 13 at the time, because she told her mother when she heard us arguing that she was staying with her dad. She tried everything, even going so far as to try and get me to hit her, but I'm not that kind of man, so she failed. After she left she tried twice to come back, normally when things weren't going her way in life, but I was no longer her safety net. I learned my lesson the hard way and while I have been in other relationships, I have not married again. I haven't met a woman that shows me any benefit to marriage, not for the man. Was I perfect, no, but I am loyal to a fault and would have worked to keep our marriage. She was so quick to break her vows and punch out when it suited her. If someone shows you they don't want you, believe them. Semper Fi, gents!

I moved away from my family for my ex-wife and then she divorces me for a bunch of superficial B.S. Only to be a girl afterwards I knew form childhood, thought it was destiny, that we were meant to be toghther.. I move back home to be with her.. And then years later she breaks up with me over the phone because I going through tough times and then finds another man and buys a house with him.. I can't promise you that you will find someone else but I will promise you this.. There will come a day when you are glad she didn't stay in your life.. Again I don't know you or your story but I doubt that you went throguh the heartbreak I went through not only once, but twice.. Listen to Tate's message and let all of that sadness and angry constructively.. If you do this no woman will never hurt you again.

I don't know how broken you have ever been, but a solid man would not do whatever it takes to get that 'one person back' as it is a time bomb. When someone shows you their core values and character would ruin you long term, you will suck up the pain and move on. There is a lot I went through that I would not disclose here. To create a healthy and sustainable relationship, you need more than just love - respect, loyalty, selflessness, thoughtfulness... And the love I have come to embrace is not the Hollywood magical love with sprinkling dust, but a complete thoughtful series of actions that solidifies a bond that stands the test of time.

    • Or if she wants you back, put next to no effort in, get her to organise things, get her to make the effort and get her to pay for stuff so you getting your money back you spent on her the first time then see if she sticks around. If she can’t even do that and leaves again just don’t even care. Also depends on what she did to take her back, if she cheated then never, if it was just her being disorganised and too comfortable to be disorganised on the things you organised for you and her, like forget a date or not being on time for a meal we organised like I split up for then it can work, she’s come back and now I’m letting her do all the work

  • In my very early twenties my first girlfriend of 3 years told me she didn't love me anymore and to be fair I couldn't blame her, I wasn't who I need to be and I wasn't going anywhere in life. The breakup almost killed me and highlighted everything wrong with me, everything that was weak within me. In that moment you can chose to let the darkness consume you or you can embrace the uglyness of life, embrace hard truths and make a commitment to yourself to change. It's been 12 years since then, I am married, own my own house and car, very financially well off, a really good small circle of friends who are all doing better than before. Everything is working better than expected. It takes more than just seeing the light, you need action too, bravery and courage to change, without that nothing will happen. Some people are broken by life and some people use life as a catalyst for immense change, be the latter.

Im working on my mindset and working out, and focusing on my job and just embracing the pain and letting go althougb it hurts so much to have trusted someone so much and at the end they act as if you ve done nothing. I know that have done all my efforts, and was very loyal, better to sleep oppressed than oppress someone. For all the brothers going through a shitty situation you can go through this this is my 2nd failed long term relationship I think I need to become selfish and let the girl enter my frame and not the other way around. Then I started going to the gym. It’s been a month in the gym and I start to see things more clearer. She only loved me because I bought things, took her to restaurants, did surprises. I realised that she didn’t loved me for me. The moment I changed my focus on spending money to saving, she left. Then in due time I would be asking to spend time with your children only. This whole hanging out with your kids and she’s there is wrong. Especially if she has No plans of getting back together with you. So if that’s the case i know it will be hard to, but you’ve gotta accept that and move forward with your life brother. • Yup. I think we men need that. I am 38, devastated after my ex-fiance moved on... feeling completely lonely. No friends as I sacrificed everything to her and moved out to another country for 7 years... Life is hell. But I need this kind of videos. Resonating better with me motivating to do things instead of analyzing every bit and piece of my life.

    • @@HCforLife1 I'm also 38 (for a fortnight lol), and also had to deal with that same pain after sacrificing everything and getting disrespected like that. It's so massive to how a bloke feels inside, but, please know you ain't alone in dealing with such pain, I've been there before mate... as have most dudes.

  • After birth now already for 3 years ongoing I've been disowned as the father of my only daughter, and I've been mourning day and night ever since. I could easily get over such an narcisstic and sadistic ex but I've given her the power to destroy me and my life since she noticed that I am extremely vulnerable regarding emotional abuse with declaring my only child dead for me at 43 years old age. To let go my forbidden daughter seems impossible but after 3 years of waiting, begging, crying, stalking and exposing my weakest side ever, my mind is brainwashed, my heart is torn apart, I lost my business and my savings, and even physically broken down as well. This year I have to choose for myself before it's too late but I'm scard the rest of my life by the most inhumane mother of my little child who still doesn't even know that I am alive anyway. I made the worst mistake of my life to believe in an narccisist who's even able to let me prepare the whole babyroom just for nothing. My parentalship she suddenly decided to turn into an anonimous donorship. I will let go of my only little girl who I'm not allowed to get to know but my heart will keep on bleeding

  • I wish I had these talks when I was at my worst. I came really close to losing almost everything if I had been a lesser man. It took me way too long to pick myself up without these hard truths. I had to figure it much slower than I would have if I had this spoken to me sooner. But that’s ok. Made it out enough so that I can start building again.

    • Keep on trucking brother. In 2017 I was homeless, addicted to heroin, zeroed out, with a bankruptcy on my credit report. Now I own my home cash, I’ve been clean for 6 years and rebuilt my credit up to 720 (bankruptcy falls off the report in 2025). In the past few months I’ve lost 60lbs down from 420lbs, I’m 6’6. The next year is gonna be centered on getting down another 140lbs to 220lbs. It’s possible but nobody is gonna do the work for us. I got tired of watching my friends die or wish they were dead while people like Tate are walking on clouds. 🚀
