So he can do that wrong too? You're supposed to boil and change the water a few times while stirring constantly until the slug stop producing slime, Then you gut them and cook them the way you want. He did it all wrong!!! He didn't even look for anything else to cook them with! At least throw in some wood sorrel or briar tips!!!

He should have boiled and changed water a few times, then gutted and rinsed, then cooked them in a soup or stew, or kebab. Of course slug fried in racoon fat with day lily tubers and briar tips would be nice!!! You'd need some wood sorrel or other seasoning though.

@Appleguy2456 Thai first then work down to the calf muscle, those taste and cook the best. The ear cartilage of a human tastes very good also and is my favourite but there's very little of it, you'd have to use a solidifying method on the ear to make it chewy and last longer

Judging on how poorly he cooked these slugs, I'd say he's not very knowledgeable!!! There is such a thing as Wild/Feral culinary skills!!! I'm studying wild seasonings right now!!! I mean, he could have used wood sorrel, wild onion bulbs, and briar tips, the sprinkled the cooked meal with chopped wild onion greens when finished! But he didn't even change the water to get rid of the slime!!!! When cooking slugs, you're supposed to boils for three minutes and then change the water until they stop producing slime! Then you gut them, rinse them and then cook them like you want!

Judging on how poorly he cooked these slugs, I'd say he's not very knowledgeable!!! There is such a thing as Wild/Feral culinary skills!!! I'm studying wild seasonings right now!!! I mean, he could have used wood sorrel, wild onion bulbs, and briar tips, the sprinkled the cooked meal with chopped wild onion greens when finished! But he didn't even change the water to get rid of the slime!!!! When cooking slugs, you're supposed to boils for three minutes and then change the water until they stop producing slime! Then you gut them, rinse them and then cook them like you want!
