Goat Morning to all of you!
Life has beautiful moments and hard challenges for us - this week was really full with emotions for our family. After 13 years we had to say Goodbye to our beloved dog Blacky, this was a very painful time for me. Blacky was my shadow and best friend for so many years - many of you started following us on Instagram doing our beautiful morning walks during Covid19.
With a broken heart I still tried my best to make Leni's First Communion Day as special as possible. Our Austrian Family arrived and celebrated a wonderful Sunday with us, the lunch took place at our favorite event location - La Tagliata up in the mountains in Montepertuso.
First Communion in Positano is a wonderful moment for our children, the whole village participated!

The beautiful heart of your family shines through in choosing Alma to make the sunflowers, how happy they must be to have contributed in such a special way. The communion service was lovely, I miss out not having a church family, never raised in one. Nicki will be sorry to miss this special day but I see in the place cards Skye and Nicola were there. Aww Blacky knew he was loved and you gave him the best life, they give you so much and just want to be loved in return. It's so hard, I lost my Simba, he was a handsome wee man, and the last 3 years of his life he had diabetes and went blind, but he managed so well, there was only one beach we could take him too without banging into anything and he knew that, so we would let him off the lead, and he would run around like a little puppy again, we lost him after 13 years too, he knew he was going and never left my side til he decided it was time. In their wee short life, they are just an amazing companion, and Blacky chose you to take care of him, so be so proud of yourself Elisabeth for doing the very best for him, lots of love you to you and the family. 🌈 xxx

Sorry you have lost a faithful four-legged friend, better for him not to suffer. What a beautiful First Communion Day you all had. I think it is wonderful that the girls are all dressed the same in simple robes. It seems much more meaningful than what happens a lot in Ireland. Some girls are dressed like brides, have fake tan, get hair, make up and nails done...absolutely inappropriate for such a spiritual experience. May Leni know God's special blessings during her long and happy life.

Losing a dog is deeply profound. My animal reiki teacher says that a dog finds you when you are in need of them. When they pass away it’s because they have done their job with you and you no longer need them. ❤️
