  • 23:25, Just so much wrong in this clip, baby not in safety capsule while car is in motion, baby in front seat unrestrained, mother not wearing seat belt, just pulling up abruptly would launch both mother and baby into dashboard with disastrous results; and who is taking the video, the driver, well done, way to operate a vehicle unsafely whilst being as unsafe as possible in a moving vehicle, and people wonder why they get killed.

    • You are clearly not aware of what goes on in other countries, in the DR it's common to see 2 adults and 3 babies flying through town on a scooter designed for 2 and the kids hanging on like the babies on a possum

    • @@Zzrdemon6633 Hi Dave, I am aware of what goes on in other countries, it is either the public that are not adhering to the laws and rules set by the governments for the protection and safety of the people or the government really does not give a rats arse about the people to implement laws that promote safety in the first place. I have seen the sight that you describe and as a biker I cringe every time I see that sort of thing, it happens here in Australia though not generally with babies and young children, (children under 8 years are not allowed to be passengers on a bike here), but with morons that think that it is fun to put themselves and others in danger by overloading the bike with 3 or more people for a trip to the mall. The abbreviation 'DR' is for? Cheers.
