If two people slept on a mattress for a decade, and shed all of their skin into it, it would gain seven pounds. Just from dead skin.

Not only dust they've soaked it with some cleaning solution so alot of that is more like dirty water

That's why I hate cloth seats. Leather is better but still needs cleaning and conditioning.
Speaking from experience, it looks like a smoker’s car to me. Smoke,road dust and soap makes some pretty disgusting looking water. Sure is nice and fresh after it dries though. 👍
