1) Now this is the only way I will store shoes. I show you what a convenient device I made.
Every family has a large number of shoes. There are several pairs for each person.
And it needs to be placed somewhere.
Even if there is a locker, everything still won’t fit there.
And often the shoes are in a row and stacked on top of each other.
But you can sew a cool device with your own hands that will fit a lot of shoes.
This is vertical storage. And you can hang such a thing behind the door in the pantry, against the wall in the closet or in the compartment. It can be said to take up no space at all.
And such an organizer can be sewn to the floor. Can you imagine how many shoes will fit there?!
There are no costs or investments for all this. You need one hanger and two slats. You also need fabric to sew it from. Everyone has an unnecessary duvet cover or bedspread in their closet.
I made it from a duvet cover. At one time they were selling bedding sets of unknown quality.
The packaging is beautiful, the colors are bright, and the label says 100 percent cotton. A sight for sore eyes.
I bought myself this trendy leopard print, which has created a sensation at all times in the fashion world. But, having opened the package at home, a sad sight appeared before my eyes.
Non-standard size. The fabric is not cotton, not silk, slippery, does not wrinkle. Drops of water glide like bologna. And when you iron it, you can burn it. There was such a thing.
But the fabric is strong. Just right for my craft.
How I did it:
- Screw the rail onto the clothes hanger with screws. Mine is 70 cm long.
- Fold the fabric in half, draw it around and sew the cover. Leave a hole for the hook.
- Smooth strips of non-woven fabric along the edges for rigidity.
- Unscrew the cover. Sew along the edges of the line. Insert the hanger and sew a seam underneath.
- Sew two stripes in two layers. They will contain shoes.
- You can sew decorative tape around the edges.
- Sew these prepared strips at the top.
- Using shoes, try on how much to wrap this pocket. It took me 25 cm.
- Draw everything out and attach the stripes with needles.
- Sew the divisions.
- Turn the bottom width to fit the strip.
All is ready.
The result is a very convenient design. Everything stays smooth and without distortion.
The only inconvenience during sewing is the immediately sewn hanger. But in general, everything is easy and simple.
I saved space and organized my shoes neatly!

Shoes, like any thing in the house, require special attention. At each change of season, it must be washed and carefully stored. But there is always a catch with storage...
Celebrities from glossy magazines have specially equipped wardrobes with shelving. For ordinary people, everything is much simpler.
Of course, shoes can be stored in the same boxes in which they were bought. But I like it better when everything is visible. It often happens that you put your shoes in boxes, and then you look for where everything is. I can not see anything. Although I try to sign the contents of the box.
It's already warm in our region. Winter shoes are replaced with light ones.
Sneakers, shoes, sneakers were used.
And their number is constantly increasing. Flip flops, flip flops and sandals will be added soon.
I decided to start gradually taking these shoes off the mezzanine and preparing them for the season. At that moment, I was a little horrified when I realized that my shoes were just lying in bulk in the closet.
But these are good shoes, which I love, and not galoshes for the garden.
Something had to be done about this...
The idea came to organize space for storing it.
A shoe organizer is what you need now.
There are no costs, but now everything is in order.
All you need is thick corrugated cardboard from household appliances and tape. Well, and some free time, which now appears thanks to the holidays.
My design consists of triangular cells connected to each other. Each section contains three cardboard boxes.
The size can be selected individually. I have one cardboard 14x28 cm.
It is best to connect the triangles first and then fasten them together with tape.
Only now I thought that it was necessary to connect the cells together with a stapler.
But tape also holds well.
This method allows you to make any height and width of the cardboard structure.
After everything was done, I wrapped tape around everything again. Now it’s strong and reliable.
Each compartment on the front was covered with paper tape so that the cardboard would not delaminate during use.
All is ready. I neatly folded all the shoes. I'm happy with the result. Time well spent.
