  • I’ve traveled all over Mexico and La Paz really stole my heart when I went there. The beaches are gorgeous and the town has a cool laid back non touristy beach/island vibe. But I don’t think I could live there year round due to how hot it gets in the summer.

    • People in Portugal and southern Spain experience the same if not higher temps in the summers. Last year 2022, there were many fires in both countries so I would tolerate it (coming from Florida, hot and very humid).

  • Hi Alex, I'm going to SMA 28 February to renew my temporary. I'm going through a facilitator. This is my second year. I'm a little unclear as what to when I enter mexico? So I just show my passport and temporary card? Do I go into a particular line? You said something about taking a picture of the digital form. Do I fill that out after I leave the immigration officer?....to mark canje? I just don't want to mess this up. My appointment is on March 4th. I know i can pay with credit card at the INM office? My main concern is at the airport because it's different then last year. I'm nervous as I have put lots of effort and money into this. Thank you for your time. I'm sure I'll rewatch this video a few more times

  • Hello just watched the video! My family and I were planning on going in September, I was wondering how is the weather in La Paz during that month? Also what a good first timer hotel/beach to go to? Thank you!

    @vjr6266@vjr626610 ай бұрын
    • September is usually warm, not as hot as July/August but still hot if you're used to colder weather. Sometimes we have hurricanes or rainy days in September, but veryyy sporadically, so no worries. Hotels: Hyatt Place/Costa Baja/Araiza Palmira if you want something nicer. Seven Crown Hotel is in the best area (downtown) and everything is withing walkable distance. Hotel del Ángel is a good option if you want something a bit cheaper. Beaches: Balandra (a must go, but make sure to wake up early and consider you won't be able to stay as long as you might want!), El Tecolote. Some beaches a bit closer to downtown are El Coromuel or El Caimancito.

  • Great video! It is refreshing to see such a comprehensive video with so many points hit. Very honest and accurate, with the exception of the sidewalks. Only the Malecon has maintained sidewalks. They recently re-did a street about 10 blocks southeast as a model street. They tore out the entire street and nonconforming sidewalks for about a mile and put it all in new with full handicap access and modern street signs. We're hoping they continue with that model but the rest of La Paz has no consistency as to if you even have sidewalks. Too many videos are sanitized to make people think they should move here or retire here. I feel bad because people can invest here only to leave in three years because it is kinda harsh; here and much of Mexico.
