Thanks Curtis, one of the best solo practice videos I have seen on KZhead. Those drop shots towards the end were absolutely perfect!
You're welcome. Thank you very much, solo practice makes up a good few hours a week of our training 👍
thanks mate. Great video to base my solo on
You're welcome. Enjoy experimenting with it 👍
First video to watch for you guys but i love the family idea, probably because i have just started with my daughter and got my 4 year old son in as well..... Will watch your journey
Appreciate you taking the time to watch. Good luck with both your children, we wish them every success and to enjoy it 👊

Once you become elite level at that then you can start training with me and Perry 😉
i wish😂
Good to know even pros use the faster balls for the drop shot drills.
Yes this is a must! Vital to keeping it realistic, especially if you need to practice ahead of playing on a bouncy court
great stuff - thank you and good luck for your tourneys in 2024
You're welcome! Thank you
I love the last drill, first seen that on SeriousSquash channel!
The one where you play drop off the boast or the trick shot 😉
Keep training and entertaining

Thank you
Really good to see these drills. Would like to to put a link to this, so that my students at school can watch if this is OK?
Thanks a lot. Yes of course. Please share and show them 👍
Good video!
Thank you!
Excellent
Very helpful, more content like this please! Maybe something about what cardio and strength training you do/recommend
Glad it's of use to you. Yes that's something we can do in time
Do you have an explanation for why you open the racket face so much on your forehand drop ? Is it to put more cut , is it to have the option to turn into a drive , does it give you more control ?
Yes, it allows you to put even more cut and spin on the shot causing the ball to stay even lower once it hits the floor. The open face also allows you to be deceptive as well
How many time to do this exercise
Typically spend anywhere from 2-5mins in each area and 20mins-1hr for the session. You can do it as many times a week as you want 👍
