    • Yes this is a must! Vital to keeping it realistic, especially if you need to practice ahead of playing on a bouncy court

  • Do you have an explanation for why you open the racket face so much on your forehand drop ? Is it to put more cut , is it to have the option to turn into a drive , does it give you more control ?

    • Yes, it allows you to put even more cut and spin on the shot causing the ball to stay even lower once it hits the floor. The open face also allows you to be deceptive as well

    • Typically spend anywhere from 2-5mins in each area and 20mins-1hr for the session. You can do it as many times a week as you want 👍
