- Я была в зале, ходила туда 4 месяца Все мне говорили в глаза: молодец (а весила я 90кг) А потом я узнала, что у тренеров есть чат, где они обсуждают не тренировки, а какие "молодцы" у них клиенты. Скидывали туда неудачные фотки изподтишка, когда я тренилась (и ещё пару полных ребят) и делали ставки, кто из нас сколько шаурмы сожрёт после зала Так что это не просто выдуманные страхи, это реально бывает

En mí vida real me pasó me quedé embarazada tuve tres hijos engorde mucho ,mí ex esposo empezó a mirar a otra mujer joven sin hijos delgada bien cuidada , y luego encuentro en su cel chat con otra ya tenía pintados los cuernos pero eso hizo que viera que ya era tiempo de dejarlo ir y empezar mí nueva vida , el cambio fue más cuando recibí mí documentación mí foto era una ballena de cara , ahí me largué a llorar pero día a día me esfuerce para bajar de peso hoy puedo decir que baje un total de 35 kilo en un año y medio hoy mí ex marido quieres estar conmigo pero lo peor para el es que ahora en mí vida está el único hombre que me amo desde el día cero causno empecé a bajar de peso y aún está acá para apoyarme. Soy feliz pese a todo me queda estrías pero es lo de menos

It seems she Gained weight due to the stress her boyfriend was causing. High stress levels produce higher cortisol in the body making it easy for rapid weight gain. She got rid of her extra baggage in more than one way😂
