The galaxy fold doesn't need an Ultra version. Why? If you paying $1800 for a phone, it should have everything to worth that price. As a Fold user, we need to stop cheering Samsung on this.
How about the R&D and patent for the foldable screen cost they developed since the past 10 years...who gonna pay that? Answer: The customer U think just because it's $1800, it should have "everything" to worth the price. Well, they clearly advertised Z Fold series as ultra premium.

@@oogwaythesussyturtle I haven't seen a wayy cheaper Fold from chinese companies just a 100$ to 200$ difference with worse software except for Oneplus. Techno has one but that has like the worst set of specs and software I've ever seen on a fold.

I just switched from the iPhone 14 Pro Max to the Galaxy S24 Ultra and loving this phone, I thought about getting the Z fold 5 but I didn't like how narrow the screen looked with it closed and the crease, hopefully they fix that, I may consider getting the Z Fold 6

Unless they can add internal s pen and most importantly, adding the same cameras on the 24 Ultra, it won't Ultra. I kind of wish I never got the fold 4 over my s21 ultra cause of the cameras. I'll be going back to the brick style most likely unless they can add the top rated cameras since we are dropping almost 2K on a device

If it matches the hardware of the vivo x fold 3 while being less than $2k, or even just the same $1,800 then the regular should be same hardware as the fold 5 with a new chip and new android version but should cost less like maybe $1,500, this would be an absolute deal.
Vivo x fold 3 has pro model that can eliminate any other foldable phones hardware

A 7'6 screen is not good enough, customers want a 8 screen.If Samsung wants to be a customer centric company it must deliver what the customer wants.

Samsung should bring back the Note lineup, but should re-name the Fold series to Note series. Fold series sounds lame. 1. Keep the name of Flip to flip 2. Rebrand the name Fold to Note (because if the pen is inside, its more of a notebook than a fold) 3. If its zero compromises, there should be no more crease and make a display that does not damage do to folding over 10000 of times. And of course scratch proof. Till then nothing to look forward too. Same materials, and same weak spot on the screen.
